I'm definitely hoping we get at least a couple more comic Spider-Man sets next year with new character inclusions.  I wonder if there's a chance of getting another Spider-Man D2C for 2024 considering it would mark three years since the release of the Daily Bugle, considering how well that set seemed to sell.

I don't mind getting more comic Spider-Man sets if they bring something new to the table such Kingpin or classic variants of Rhino, Shocker and Electro. If they're just going to recycle the same old characters over and over I'm not going to be as interested.

The X-Men are a much higher priority for me over more Spider-Man though and I hope they at least get some decent exposure in the January wave, especially if Lego do intend to go ahead with releasing the leaked X-Mansion set next year.

and the spider-man art set feels weird and less like art.

I do like that about it. I think the art sets should go for weirder and more creative concepts rather than the very boring to build pixelart style dots system.

They should have gotten Mr. Romita Jr to do it.

Ehhh, personally not a fan of his latest works.

I'm all for different styles but what important is the end result looking good. This Spider-Man looks okay I guess but definitely not on par with the batman one. And the same can be said about the batcave being sorta okay but not measuring up to the bugle.

So uh, anyone got any guesses as to what Iron Man suits we’ll be seeing in the tower?

So allegedly there will be two suits, both of which are new and not reuses, right? I'm guessing one will be an updated Mark VI, and maybe one of the more unusual variants from Iron Man 3. Personally I'd love to see the Mark XXVII "Disco," but Mark XXXIX "Starboost" could be a strong contender considering how highly sought after the "Space Iron Man" from 76049 has become.

I sort of dig the Spider-man set, but I totally see why you (or anyone else, for that matter) wouldn't. It looks very weird, and strange and if you don't like it from the getgo you probably wont like it after a while.

Not one of those "adquired taste" sets.

I'd lean towards an updated MK45 and/or 43 since it's an AOU heavy set more than anything else, but time will tell.

Idk... maybe I'm just kind of an odd person, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Spider-Man Art set!! I had a really busy week and just now saw it. 1st thought was, "Oh I gotta go see what everyone's saying on euro!" I really like the "non-traditional" 3D style and the way they positioned him crawling out, the kind of classic comic background coloring that makes the focal point pop, THEN all the little spiders everywhere!? Aghhhh!  And oddly enough, Spider-Man is one of my least favorite characters! Not that I dislike him or anything, just not at the top of my list, persay. But... Yeah, I ADORE this one! I'm genuinely surprised it's not more well received. But that's cool... all of us liking something different is what fuels variety! 😉👍

What kind of info are you looking for?
We know pretty much what the figures will be and what accessories they'll have and (I believe) we know when the series will release (though I don't know that one myself, currently :innocent: )

Regards,
Mitch

Yeah, it might make up for the NWH omission if they gave us a different set with Lizard for example, we could still really use comic Electro, here's no Kingpin, no Chameleon... still lots of room to get creative with the subtheme if we're inevitably getting more Spider anyhow.

I'm speculating that 76277 might be a mech (based purely on pricing). Also wondering how come Super Heroes still gets EUR 10 and EUR 15 sets, whereas the cheapest (!!!) Harry Potter set in 2023 was EUR 30 (and that didn't even have a single minifigure!).

Completely forgot about the leaked X-Mansion.  I really hope it looks different to what the leak showed though.  For me I was hoping for something like the Lego Ideas X-Mansion from a few years back or the Ghostbusters HQ.

Do we have any idea when we’ll be seeing images of the Avengers Tower?

I believe the set is rumored to come out in late November, and with the way leaks have been recently, it would probably leak in the weeks leading up to its release, if it even leaks at all. I would love to see it sooner, but we’ll probably have to wait until November.

NGL I'm praying the tower looks terrible. I don't want to have to justify $1000 in lego for the tower, the Marvels set, the CMF, and the NWH battle.

I hope it's the best marvel set ever :-p

Hi,

I was wondering about the Avengers Tower 🏢D2C set. So I was thinking money 💰 and prices 🤑I know it's said to be around $500ish USD but do we have any idea what the price will be in other territories and currencies ( I'm specifically thinking of £GB but I'm sure others from other placed are also wondering 🤔).

I have the Bugle and the Sanctum, obvious this is gonna be bigger than either but how big do think it will be ? ( 2 baseplates? 1.5?) And how well do we think it will scale with those 2 and the non-branded modulars? 🤔🤨

Scarillion has it listed for $524.99 so I'd expect it to be around £450. Rivendell and the hulkbuster are similar prices with similar differences between gbp and usd.
