Apparently he appears in what if season 2.

Yeah, that’s what I’m referencing. I think the MCU design of Goliath is extremely lazy.

Speculation:

If we're potentially getting a sentinel for the X-Men, what are the chances we get Ted for Werewolf?

The sentinel's pieces are spread through the 3 xmen, tho

That would be awesome, but I doubt they would include all of those pieces just with him.

What are the chances that Goliath is Bill Foster and that the description of the Kang minifigure was completely accurate but the leaker had just misidentified the character.

Yeah. I just feel as if he has so few accessories compared to the others based on the description (which I realize are now partially outdated).

I also wonder if it's just the X-Men. It's still unclear what rod and circular plate Echo has.

I wonder if this will be a new trend. Lego will be spreading parts across several separate packages (or in the future, in some sets) to force people to buy those several items? Let's see how the final Sentinel build is. Knowing what accessories the other CMFs have, I just can't think how the completed Sentinel will be really substantial.

Very good point! I think all of the characters having a piece of sentinel would be very werid, but so would being able to build a decent one with 3 characters, so...

The CMF looks good. I’m excited to see clearer photos of all of the figures, as well as their accessories. Also, if they ever decide to include anyone other than Batman in Joker in DC sets, then Storm’s hair is perfect for Livewire.

Regarding the discussion about preliminary images of the CMF, we have already seen a prelim image before. Unless this was confirmed to be fake and I just did not know, we got a leak of the The LEGO Batman Movie minifigure series in October of 2016 that was a prelim. It included minifigures who were included in the CMF, some who were made but put in sets, and even one who wasn’t made at all, nor in the movie. I’ve attached the image below. If it needs to be removed, please let me know. I’m not sure how it works with almost seven year old leaks.

Wow this series is becoming a deception to me. I do need that Moon Knight, Storm, She-Hulk and Beast.
But why no Kang??

And if they just made a comic cmf series you would have such more colorful minifigs instead of these weak bozos

It also likely wouldn't sell to anyone over the age of 25, that's the problem.

How come? Do people older than the age  of 25 don’t like the comic versions?

Haha underwhelmed?

Knowing what we got with series one and what the budget is being used on

we know what the characters look and we know what characters we were getting?!?!? How can it be underwhelming?!?

here we go again. Blasting the series based on one low res pic.

looking forward to the “now that the hi res images have been released…” messages in a few pages.

Uhhh the most desired fig in several years was rumored to be included and then not/cancelled. On top of that, ALL of these characters are Marvel's C/D tierineup, the most popular being Hawkeye, of all things.

This set is geared towards diehard MCU fans but I dont know how you can be surprised by lukewarm reception when Moon Knight is the most sought after.

Mi chiedo se questa sarà una nuova tendenza. Lego diffonderà parti su diversi pacchetti separati (o in futuro, in alcuni set) per costringere le persone a comprare quei diversi oggetti?

I think it's just a reference to the Hasbro action figures, which often allow you to build a character with the pieces attached to other characters from the same series

Storm, Beast and Wolverine are considered C/D tier?

For my first skipped series due to them being in boxes, I'm not too sad about missing these. I'm sure they'll have some cool prints and Minifigure parts in addition to what we can see, but oh well.

The only characters I care about are the X-Men ones, and that's because we haven't gotten basically anything for nearly a decade. Gonna get only those.

The problem with this series is that it's based on the Disney+ series'. They are all mediocre, or in some cases awful. I genuinely couldn't care less about any of those characters. I'm sure the minifigures will look good, but it doesn't matter imo.

Wolverine is literally one of Marvel's most popular characters, probably the second one right after Spider-Man.

You're overestimating how popular Kang is. Apart from MCU / Marvel fans, no one cares about him. He will be remembered as a mediocre antagonist from an Ant-Man movie.

I mean yea, arent they? Most of the other xmen are more popular, and half a dozen people in the last few pages of this thread have already said they wish it were other characters.

Overall, sure, but against Echo, Wolfman, Agatha, and Goliath? Kids saw Quantumania, not Moon Knight.

Think on the bright side. If they truly designed Kang it means he’s in the back log somewhere, which means that we could see that design one day…

I actually quite like the MCU Goliath design and hopefully it comes with a Lawrence Fishburne head and hair piece, assuming it's Bill Foster under the helmet. Moon Knight and Mr. Knight are easily the best in the wave and I beed to see better pictures of Werewolf-By-Night but first impression is disappointing. I'm sure getting a better look at the printing will help and it does look like there may be ears molded into the bew hairpiece. Also, definitely glad he's not black and white so he can fit into my supernatural Marvel display better. Beast heas a very interesting new hair piece but definitely want him too. I'll probably get Agatha and She-Hulk as well.

I still really wish Elsa Bloodstone was included in this series but maybe we'll get her someday.

Believing Storm, Beast and Wolverine are c/d tiers is just laughable.

Trying to figure out if this a troll post or not.

I mean trying to say that most of the other X-Men are more popular than Wolverine?

Kang has been in one movie ever, wolverine has been in at least one movie every 3 years since 2000 and he's a lead in more than half of them.

The reason that X-Men, fantastic four, Spider-Man and hulk were the main pre-MCU marvel movies is cause these guys were the a Listers, yes the MCU has changed that but wolverine is still an A-Lister.

I would not expect to see MCU Kang until the drama with the actor settles and Marvel decides what to do with him. It'll be years before we see him again anyway so the best we can hope for anytime soon is a comic book version.

Am I losing it or does it look like Werewolf-By-Night has dual-molded hands!? If so, that would be a game-changer. It's probably just the lighting playing tricks though. Regardless, I do wish he came with more than just the Bloodstone for accessories. Also if I'm being honest, I'm mostly getting Agatha for the Darkhold. She'll but shoved into my Midnight Sons display somewhere though.

I'm talking about general audience.

To them, he's just an Ant-Man villain.

Still waiting for Fantastic Four to make it to Lego form. What has been the “Thing” with Lego neglecting these four? And I would argue are more popular and recognizable than many characters in this bunch. 🤷‍♂️

Even casual MCU followers know Kang is the new "Thanos." No idea where you're getting this from.
