Well we never actually saw him in colour (in Werewolf form), so it would be kinda weird if his figure isn't B/W

I recently bought daily bugle and its paired with modular police station and as Avengers tower sounds tempting I dont have any room whatsoever.

If its on par with daily bugle it will be phenomenal set.

Given his appearance in the Halloween special, I wonder if they'll give Werewolf-By-Night the Monkey King head piece. Of the existing options, I think it fits the best. Also, he's definitely getting the Bloodstone medallion for an accessory. I wonder if they'll make him black and white or not. While it would be neat and make him stand out, I hope they don't so he can fit in with other figures in a display.

I don't think they'll make him black & white. The official concept art has him in color, and they featured him at Avengers Campus in color (along with Elsa Bloodstone). While they could make it colorless, I don't believe it would translate well as a toy.

With two all-white moon knights and storm in the white suit, I doubt they'll do another black and white minifigure

Not to be that guy, but he wouldn't actually be B/W.

He would look gray, so it would still stand out next to the white coulored characters.

I rest my case.

Okay, yeah. It could translate well.

But considering we've gotten both Mickey and Frankenstein's monster Minifigures in color before the above products, and since Lego wants to reach a larger audience, I suspect Werewolf by night will more than likely appear in color.

Apologies if this was already raised (don’t think it has been), but has anyone read the Stonewars article on the summer wave?

It looks like the NWH set will have 6 minifigures instead of 9, so the three Peters, Green Goblin, Electro, and Doc Ock.

That's a rather sizable downgrade from what we'd heard before. I guess the other three that were rumored weren't all that interesting so it's not a huge loss, but it still would've been nice to get them (it was MJ, Ned, and Dr. Strange right?).

Agreed. All is good, as long as the three Spideys and the villains are included

That's a bit of an off, but to be fair I really did not need another MJ, Ned, Doctor Strange... especially if they were all repeats. It does make the price less appealing. I guess Sandman being brick-built is helpful, Lizard being missing is still a massive oof.

It'll still be worth it if the figures are detailed enough and the set is designed well, but otherwise will hope for a discount - unless Lizard randomly is included.

uh thanks, but I still don't understand the meaning of the comment :-(

I was just using internet slang. I'm predicting Kang's helmet will be one of the new Iron Man helmets with his blue face printed on the front. I think it's a terrible idea.

I guess I'm not too bothered by the NWH minifig numbers changing, though it would have been nice to get a Ned fig. My biggest gripe is the price.

ahhh ok, thanks, I didn't understand :-D

In my opinion that helmet is too specific, I expect a new mold (for cmf there are no budget problems), or a simple molded head.

No ned, mj and strange is not a problem.  no lizard is a huge problem :-/

Lizard’s omission is definitely disappointing, but as the least developed villain of them all I’m not overly bothered about it. Similarly Ned / MJ / Doctor Strange not being included isn’t so bad either for me.

However, the set’s Spider-Man figures better be worth the wait. That’s the one time Lego can’t afford to skimp out on printing for minifigures, and getting alternative head pieces for all three Peters would be so great. Similarly I hope Goblin’s design captures just how cool his on-screen look is during the climax of the film.

With the newer leaks, this means there are no remaining set numbers for a second NWH set right?

On the Stonewars list 76263 [4+] is still available. Maybe 4+ allows for budget for any new molds for a Lizard minifig.

That’s fine IMO. It would have been nice to get Ned with a new torso, but MJ and Strange were already in the last NWH set and Strange is also in a polybag currently if people really want him. As long as the six figures we are getting are detailed, it’s not a big deal to miss out on the other three.

I agree. Kang's helmet is very distinct, it definitely needs its own, new, mold.

Since I haven't seen Werewolf By Night, I didn't realize it was (mostly) in black and white, so it's interesting to see what LEGO will do with his minifigure.
But it's a werewolf, so if it comes in gray that'd be fine too, for me :innocent2:

Count me in to the "Werewolf should be greyscale" group, I think it would help him stand out, and it's not like we won't get a standard one eventually, since he'll be in midnight sons or whatever supernatural crossover lego eventually does.

You definately should watch it, it's one of maybe 2-3 Phase 4 projects I liked. Lots of fun.

Werewolf by Night is more humanoid than most werewolves I've seen in media, so it's not gonna be lego's standard "wolf head on human body". My guess is, black and white or not, it'll be a new hair mold with ears on a human head, arms with fur printing, and maybe the gremlin style leg mold.

Thanks, I might give it a try this weekend! :sweet:
And yeah, I noticed he's sort of an... old skool style movie werewolf? I think it's nice they made him that way, as sort of an homage to earlier werewolf movie, coinciding with the black and white style.
Do you really think a new mold is needed? I believe the mold for the werewolf from the CMF Series 14 might suffice, too. Or is that out of production already?

I feel like the man bat ears are way too big for Werewolf. I suspect they'll go with normal legs and Namor's hair if they don't do a new mold.

My bad, i meant namor's one but because they both have huge similarities , its the same hair just with different ears, so i made a mistake 😅

Im ok with the Kang helmet just printed on a normal minifig head like the Lego Marvel 2 game

B&W Werewolf by Night would be INCREDIBLE

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that LEGO will release a Lizard minifigure somewhere, whether it be the 4+ set, a polybag, or even the upcoming Visual Dictionary.  He shouldn't really need any new parts.
