Im sure this is not a very popular opinion, but I would love a batcave from BVS but theres pretty much no way that happens

I do not think any of the batcaves from the movies whether it is TDK, or The Batman, or Burton really are too aesthetically pleasing other than the BVS one but with that said I think a comic based wouldve been the best approach for this

Was making a joke about that batcave looks more like a fancy house rather than an actual cave

I agree, I would’ve loved a BvS Batcave set. It would have been cool if they used it as an opportunity to make and include figures such as the Jared Leto Joker, (maybe) Killer Croc, Deathstroke, and the entire League including a black suit Superman (plus the for-certain inclusions of Batman, Bruce Wayne, and finally Alfred (they made a minifigure of every character that got their own BvS character poster except Alfred which is a shame to me.))

I was told by @Mandalorianknight that at least the League figures wouldn’t be included because they’re from an R-rated film, but I would cross my fingers that LEGO would just make it either a general DCEU Batman set or a BvS (and say it’s the PG-13 theatrical cut) set and include the League minifigures as “general DCEU” minifigures. It’s unlikely but they could maybe work around it that way.

I think the biggest issue here is that the DCEU wasn’t even popular enough to sell sets when the films were coming out.

Oh poo I was opening for a generic one that I could add into with my own stuff, kinda like how I added more Spider-Man Characters to my Daily Bugle. I suppose I could just keep designing mine or use this as sort of a basic body

there is a flash head on the torso that we have already seen…

A flash minifig “leaked” honestly it’s always hard to tell if these are real or just April fools pranks. In this particular case I’m hoping that it’s just a prank, cause I’ll be really disappointed if they just reused the JL flash cowl. On the other hand, lego probably would just reuse that one.

Also just my luck I'm working on a batboat and this might include one ha

It's obviously just a prank.

Probably is a prank. April Fools has become blatantly lie day and get peoples hopes up. Instead of fun jokes

It's likely… it's the long-leaked torso with a flash head anyway, I don't think the minifigure in the set will be much different from this :-D

“Super” rumors once again coming from brick_clicker tomorrow. Hopefully we get set descriptions for the Flash set and Batcave!

Forget set descriptions, the Flash set should've been spotted in SOME stores by now if it's still on track for a May 1st release. There's been images revealed for sets that are coming out in June, and Flash merch from other companies like Funko, Spin Master, and McFarlane have been seen in stores already, but this set is somehow under lock and key even though it was first listed on a retailer website almost an entire year ago. If it wasn't for that leaked Flash minifigure torso that's been floating around since last October, I would've assumed Lego pulled a Temple of Doom and scrapped the set while throwing the Batmobile in the D2C Batcave instead.

Last week, he promised us HP news for this week, so that must be it. Of course the video could cover more than one theme, but don’t get your hopes up too high :classic:

Ngl I’ve been thinking about this a lot too. I’d be crushed if the set has been canceled. The set is a month away and we still don’t have a basic description for it. But a lot of sites (like brick merge and Walmart) still have a listing for it. I hope it’s revealed this week.

Oh shoot I didn’t know that, thank you for the heads up.

You and me both (even though I only want it for the updated '89 Batmobile and the Keaton Batman minifigure). I know the Temple of Doom set is the most recent example of Lego having everything ready to go with finalized box art images along with listings in stores like Target and then chickening out at the eleventh hour, but the only thing that I can see causing it to get scrapped at this point is if Ezra returns to Hawaii for a New Game+ round.

Dude, lego hasn't even gotten the other indiana jones sets to target yet. That entire theme is baffling me.
(Also, supposedly Gunn is considering keeping Miller, according to some leaks, which is horrible, but would further imply the set isn't cancelled.)

I don't think we have any reason for panic yet. Unlike the ToD, we know this set was being physically produced at some point. More likely they're just waiting for the flash marketing to kick into gear.

Yeah that theme is an odd one, and that's not even including the possible rumor that they scrapped the Dial of Destiny sets.

Lego waiting for the marketing to really start is probably the reason why it's been hidden for so long, I read something similar about the McFarlane figures for the movie being found at a Target but were still street dated for April.

We know that "super" doesn't necessarily mean super heroes :-P

And we also know that his countdown are not that accurate …
