Whatever it is, it can't be the Batcave as the BTAS one was directly based on Batman Returns.

Do you mean the art set? It's like, a painting, but made out of lego

Gotham City

The next set on our list goes in the LEGO art direction. Measuring 32 cm high and 77 cm wide, it depicts the skyline of Batman's Gotham City. The set has the Goth Deco style of the animated series and shows the city at night with a full moon and a red sky with a large Batman logo and three police airships with searchlights.

As with the LEGO Ideas 21333 Vincent van Gogh - Starry Night set, the buildings and skyscrapers emerge from the picture in 3D. The set should also contain the following minifigures: Batman, Joker, Harley, Mr. Freeze and Phantasm.

    Price range: $240 to $390
    Most Likely Price: $300

Since the survey was in 2023, it's likely that the sets won't show up before 2024. We haven't even heard anything of the two which Promobricks considered likely for late 2023 (both of them Disney sets that'd compliment the anniversary minifigure series). Some of them might not ever show up if, for example, the survey results are discouraging to LEGO. (There was a buildable Sorting Hat for HP. I cannot imagine ANYONE wanting that.)

There is, from the same Promobricks article linked above (Google translation again):

X Mansion

X-Men Headquarters measures over 10” (25cm) high, 21” (53cm) wide and 6” (17cm) deep. The two-story building is tan and dark-tan in color and has a gray roof. In front of the house is an entrance gate with a suggested fence. Nothing can be said about the interior of the property, but the back wall seems to be open so that you can play inside.

At least 9 minifigures are included with Professor X, Magneto, Wolverine, Storm, Cyclops, Beast, Mystique, Sabretooth and Emma Frost. Others are imaginable. Cerebro or the X-Men's jet don't appear to be in this set.

As far as I know, @JeanGreyForever took screenshots and showed them to Promobricks, but they could not show them because the images were watermarked. So Promobricks described the sets based on the pictures they saw. It's not an official description but it is based on the "official" pictures.

I'm still convinced that the Flash Batmobile set is still coming out in June because there was a Flash figure that leaked a few months ago and then the torso of that figure leaked a few months before that from a different person also I saw on Reddit that someone saw It listed on the Walmart system and the employees said it was coming out in June        https://www.reddit.com/r/lego/comments/13by1dc/lego_76221_listed_on_walmart_as_tbd/

Would have to imagine if the BTAS set does well that we’ll see a UCS style Batmobile from that universe at some point. LEGO just can’t resist expensive sets right now. I would like to hope some play sets as well; if LEGO is so averse to comic based things, BTAS is as close as we can hope to get.

Walmart also lists the cancelled Crooks Hideout, so there is that. 

Yes parts of the figure leaked, but also some of the Vidiyo wave 3 parts appeared.

I went to see if my local target had the doctor strange dimension and the batman 1992 polybags, neither were there, just minecraft polybags and the x wing polybags, maybe youd have luck at other locations not sure, ive always been confused about where and how to get polybags

This was such a disappointing "revival" to me. From when we first heard the rumors that the theme was returning with 5ish sets, to now seeing that it's just a weird selection keaton sets, including a buildible figure, 2 generic vehicles with the same exact figures, and a batcave that may be the biggest missed opportunity of all time. Ironically, the best set is the polybag, IMO. A good way to get the keaton batsuit.

The Batwing and Batmobile are exciting to me just in that system batman sets will be on sale (currently on lego.com there is ONE system lego DC set on sale, not 18+, not juniors. Think about that for a second.) but in terms of what they have to offer, it's just gonna be a repeated Batsuit and if we're lucky new prints for Joker.

I'm still disappointed that a sequel to The LEGO Batman Movie was scrapped, because those were probably my favorite DC sets. They pulled from a wide variety of DC media for the figures and the builds were really over-the-top and fun.

Glory days! Maybe when the Gunn era begins the Glory days come back. For now  be greatful for what we get!

why isn't the batman construction figure on the American Lego website? I went to the European website and it says it has a June 1st release

Obligatory "when will we have green skinned Poison Ivy as a figure?" post.

I'm gonna try and keep this short and to the point. 

the overall scale of this new Batcave is underwhelming as it feels like we've gotten computer space, room for a vehicle and some ladders with every Batcave release ever. If they release a Wayne Manor you could sit on top of this Bat cave that would make this all worth while and give some reason to the black box design. But let's be real, this set is still too expensive as is, and needing another large set of the same size to sit on top of it to "complete" the experience means that the set itself is not enough for me. It does not excite me. I feel as though I'd need something added on to make this set exciting. So what I'm really saying is that on it's own as a stand alone set, i'm quite bored with this new Batcave. 

And don't get me wrong i'm not inherently against getting sets for these older movies, but I wish they were a) more affordable and b) more exciting than this upcoming Batcave. Really hoping they eventually do more with this theme this year or next.
