Built the Dry Bowser castle set the other day!

Honestly a LOT of fun—and I was prepared to be a little disappointed since it was following up the incredible Bowser's Castle set from the first year. But while this one is definitely less cohesive, a lot of the individual functions like the swinging cage and exercise equipment are really fun, and the "core" of the castle (with the opening jaw, chains, and hidden room) is surprisingly impressive on all fronts.

All quite steep prices. I hope we can round up the Koopalings. I haven’t bought a Mario set in a while and my interest has begun to fade for the theme a bit. I don’t get it that they quit making the small character packs. Those kept my interest on point.

Minifig bananapeel spotted in new Friends mall. Is it finally happening? Is this the beginning of Mario minifigs? Or are the 50€ sets just new starters (mario-luigi-peach) but Super Mario Kart style?? Or did i just get my hopes up and are the new bananas for DK?

I mean we now have a sort of Luma mould and Toad Hat so it’s possible

Yeah, but none of these three pieces are that similar to their Mario counterparts. If they were developped with Mario in mind, they‘d resemble them much more

I’ve seen it, but the proportions are a bit off in my estimation. The upright part should be longer

Bowsers car from 3Dworld+Bowsers Fury's is an easy buy. Especially as I don't have a bowser, $30 isn't too bad but hopefully it'll be £24.99  I do like the small Yoshi set too, the printed egg is a great touch .

Both of those newly leaked sets look surprisingly solid. I'm glad more of these sets are focused on simply being good models, and not have to have some kind of gimmick tied to the digi-figs. I'll try to keep both of those on my radar.

I love the car, but i already have two Bowsers, so i probably going to skip that set

Yoshi set is good. That egg is the main character here. Too bad they went for these recolors instead of giving us colors we don’t have yet (black, purple, light blue, orange). So i probably are going to skip this set as well
