That was 2021. Initially we were supposed to get the JWD wave in April and the CC wave in September, but then JWD got delayed, leaving us with the CC wave :classic:

That’s right, thank you for refreshing my memory!

Do you guys reckon we'll get more than just two sets next year or is this going to just be quite strange lol? A january release is also interesting, and the prices and pieces are compelling, i have no idea what species we'll end up getting, if not a baby Nasutoceratops, then most likely a baby Triceratops because i do believe that baby dinosaur rescue center will be based off of Dominion, and will kindoff be like an extention to that green T rex juniors set from last year, but thats just my speculation, i'd love to hear more ideas guys

A JP3 set with either a new Spinosaurus or some of the Velociraptors that could use the smaller raptor mold we got in 2022

Hmm… with my best judgement, we only saw ONE new mold from this year and it’s Brachiosaurus, I don’t know if we will see any new molds that soon? I don’t know what kind of dinosaurus in the named set while we still don’t know set name for the second set.

And last year we had Pyroraptor, Beta, Quetzalcoatlus, Giganotosaurus, Therizinosaurus so I don´t see why we shouldn´t see any new moulds this year ;)

I just hope they become movable legs again, as the trend sadly goes to less movable parts...

Camp Createous wave has zero new dinosaur molds in 2021, just bunch of recolored parts for dinosaurs. Same way for this year’s wave. I’m just saying I wonder if there would be some new dinosaurs in the next wave (in January).

I really love Brachiosurus so much. Yes, I wish its legs should be movable but Lego decides to go cheap on it. Brachiosaurus is suffering the same fate the elephant had.

Hey, im not too sure how reliable MTD Bricks is, but on instagram he posted that the build of 76964 (the untitled one) will be a t rex skeleton, is he reliable?

In the Janurary wave, well I would say not impossible, but yeah kinda unlikely. Although, as one of the Sets is 4+, we might see a new Baby Dino mould there. We will see.

No idea whether he is reliable or not, but I don´t really need it, if it is true. I mean, we had the T-Rex Skeleton in 2021, and an other one in this years Visitor Center and Ideas 21320 Dinosaur Fossils in 2019. I don´t really see why we should need another one just now. But if it really is true I would guess it would be a bigger, fully buildable version of the Visitor Centre Dinosaur Skeleton.

That's what I was thinking too. It makes me think they made the one from this year intentionally underwhelming so people would want to upgrade it the following year.

If they did the T-Rex build with scaffolding and a velicoraptor (maybe using the Atrociraptor mold) with Alan (with the new Indy hat) I would be pleased (honestly I'd be pleased with any additional Jurassic Park sets next year).

I don’t know, man… @Falconfan1414?

If it’s true, I prefer having a Triceratops fossil over a T-rex. It would be cool to have a recolored Trike head as a skull.

I would think there is mainly the skeleton in the build, and then a plate with its name and maybe one minifig. So would guess it will be bigger than 76940 T. rex Dinosaur Fossil Exhibition - which would mean no mould. And I doubt they would make any other Skeletton than the T-Rex as that one just is the most famous one

Personally, I’m little tired of seeing T-rex fossil.

As of right now, we don’t know about the unnamed set.

There is no support behind that MTD’s claiim, I believe so I don’t trust that one until someone else confirms it’s true or fake.

Seems like a pretty clever move as long as the make it an 18+ set

I agree, I think if they did an 18+ set that was of the t-Rex and included a minifigure that was exclusive, like the lawyer for example I believe it would really make a set sell well. But that’s all I’m my opinion and I’m not even 100% sure this set is even happening, I guess I’m just hoping.

Maybe there might be at least one new baby dinosaur figure! I'm really hoping for a baby brachiosaurus

Ooh, thats actuallu a very good idea mate, baby Brachiosaurus would be quite perfect for a new mold that people would be interested in

Yeah a baby Brachiosaurus would be amazing!! We have a ratpor, Triceratopors and Ankyosaurus (Bumpy) babies introduced. In the pas. Definitely, it’ oveerdude for baby dinosaurus!

Hopefully the baby set has at least two babies - a new Dino and a reprint of one of the others - if I had to choose between the existing ones I’d pick a differently coloured baby trike as they feel more common in the films

I would like to see dinosaur in baby form: T-rex, Pterandon, Brachiosaurus. I’m okay wiht another recolored Trikceartp baby - we hae two so far.

Ignoring the raptor feet would a recoloured Beta or Atriciraptor figures suit a juvenile T Rex?

There’s a juvenile Rex in the first JP novel that’s still lethal and bigger next to people so it would be cool to get

Hmm… Not sure if a regular Beta or Atricoraptor body would be reused as T-rex baby (minus their sickle claws), their body still shape like ratpor rather than t-rex?

That won´t work. If they would want to make a kid T-Rex they would have to make a new mould for it. And whatever new moulds they do I just hope they return to more movable parts, but I actually doubt they will. I don´t like the new raptor moulds, where arms and legs are one part with the body...

Well, I actually likes new raptor molds. I don’t mind them. But i thin you mi s understand me. I was not very sure if a raptor body can be used for a t-rex teenage…
