hey, just found out about this forum and it's really interesting here. Thanks for all the informations :) I was working for LEGO till December in retail and its crazy that most of the information about leaks we found out in forums/ unofficial lego channels via social media but never from lego. But where you can find pictures?

I hope they will release more Disney sets in 2023 because the birthday of disney is this year, right? Finger crossed that the employer present this year will be something really cool linked with Disney (even I will not get it since I'm not working anymore for lego :( )

Just saw Simba and Donald…I was on the fence hearing the description but they actually are much nicer than I was picturing. Simba’s tail is such a clever idea.

also, the other theme leaks…WOW, JUST WOW.

Simba looks fantastic imo. Probably the most accurate buildable character we've ever gotten.

Donald... not so much. He looks too chubby, and his huge arms make him look like a professional body-builder.

I really hope that Snow White and Maleficent sets come out this year, as the CMF already set up their inclusion (Evil Queen with no Snow, Aurora with no Phillip).

Can't find the pics in the usual place, or anywhere else

They're on @exabrickslegogo's back-up account — for now. Leaks spread like wildfire, they'll be all over #legoleaks in ten minutes.

Ok, thank you. Yeah, can't imagine they'll be hard to find going forward.

While I understand the disappointment in Donald, he does resemble his new animation style IMO. And as such goes along with the new animation style of Mickey/Minnie (which is also the route they took for their buildable figures)

the shoulders are a little off in proportion but I would imagine that’d be an easy tweak to make between these pictures and the actual final product.

Definitely one of the biggest.

And it's something we've never seen before really — preliminary images of sets targeted for adults that won't release earlier than a year from now.

Temper expectations because I don’t know how many of these sets will actually release. I would say none of these are 2023 and it’s all for 2024. Like if this is fake I’ll applaud whoever did it because this would be one of the best fakes I have truly ever seen. This has to be one of the most crazy and biggest leaks. I didn’t believe it at first I’ll admit but I think we have a large chunk of 2024 d2cs

I mean, we know Rivendell is coming this year, and the Disney sets seem appropriate for the anniversary. We don't know how current the pictures are.

EDIT: Although JeanGreyForever did take the survey recently, so who knows.

Indeed. Barad-dûr and the Burrow have to be 2024 sets, but all the others could easily be released this year!

Okay wow, I already apologised, but I feel like I need to apologise again, these images are insane. I feel like I turn out always being somehow the most critical towards the leaks that turn out real than to one's that turn out fake. (Luckily I didn't read about the leak with the goat piece, I would've been even more critical if I did.) So @JeanGreyForever I'm truly, truly sorry for doubting you.

With similar pictures of Rivendell showing up, a set we actually knew about, I feel like this must be real. And I feel like many of them might be actual 2023 releases.

So I love Maleficent, I kinda feel like buying the minidoll cottage now.

The Snow White Cottage is perfect. I much prefer this over the yellow or red roof other toys often go with. This feels way more screen accurate, the other colors feel to clean imo. I also love the inclusion of the water well. But it should definitely include the witch and the prince imo. I also hope the final product will have new hat and beard pieces for some of the dwarves. Especially Dopey does need his ears.

I have no interest in the buildable Donald or Simba though. But I must say, Donald looks very cute, although odd, and Simba looks simply amazing, perfect build, just not for me.

Barad-dûr definitley isn't this year, they wouldn't cannibalise Rivendell like that.

Granted, but those are not 20€ sets. They are huge and would require months of designing to get to this stage.

Agreed. And for that reason, I would be surprised if they released this year. A few might, but all would be a (very pleasant) surprise. Indeed, some of them may not release at all, but very cool to see them.

I do hope the Witch shows up in some form or another, maybe there is a "Birthday Train" set for villains that don't require much detail?

The Snowwhite house looks pretty good, but am I the only one who thinks it's a tad overkill? Like it's way too huge, it almost feels like it's on scale with the actual house, which is something Lego never does.

I think it makes sense, what would be the appeal of a smaller playset for something almost entirely for AFOLs?

No, but the Winnie the Pooh set is also aimed to AFOLs and it's not as huge. Same with the Sesame Street one.

You also have to keep in mind that it has to be large enough to fit an interior with all the rooms from the movie. The kitchen with window access and a large sink, a place for all the musical instruments like Grumpy's piano, a dining table, and a staircase leading to the upper floor with seven little beds. I also hope they didn't forget to include the wash basin the dwarfs use to bathe, which I believe was included in the Ideas set. I'd rather see that over the wishing well since the wishing well should be its own set.
