Are we sure MTS is DtC?  El Dorado, also an Icons and a remake, is available at Target in the US.  Even if MTS is DtC for a few months, I gather this fair has information for releases later in the year.  We've also had several leaks of MTS (even after the survey), and leaks are very rare with DtC.

I am pretty sure it will be D2C at least for three months. Then one of Legos Partners could possibly also get it - but not sure how early they know if they get it - anyways I would doubt they will get details about those sets before they are revealed, so leaks from that source seem unlikely to me.

I think that's pretty standard for unreleased sets, but can be adjusted.

Just a handful of Castle / Pirate sets here :

  • Eldorado  ~~2024
  • Lion Knights Castle ~~2025.
  • Viking Village ~~2025
  • 3-in-1 Castle ~~2024
  • 3-in-1 Pirate Ship ~~2025

I tend to follow other sources for End of Life if it's closer to happening, like Brickset I believe gets official info from LEGO, and then updates their site.

Yes, I know, but my point was that if they added that reasonaly they might have gotten more info. If so, more can show up before reveal

I am hoping for this as well, especially with the "Broken Axes Inn", but since the double axe crest did not get updated in 10305 (unlikely most of the other crests that got a facelift), I am not sure how likely this is.  I'd also be interested to see the black knights make a return, but since their plume didn't come back for Majisto's workshop and we've recently had the much-loved Kingdoms green dragon knights, I'm not sure how likely that is either.

I'd expect if Black Knights or Dragon Masters ever return, it'd have to be in the form of CMF like the recent Basil.  The budgets for CMF seem a lot more flexible for custom molds and prints, whereas we see even big sets like LKC without new minifig part molds and reusing a lot of prints from CMF and GWP sets.

But I do think Cross Axes print is very possible since it's just a new torso print and doesn't require new molds.  It would be nice to get a slightly varied clothing design as well, more than just a different insignia on top of the Lion Knights torsos.  Something akin to how the Falconer CMF has a slightly different torso from the regular chainmail Black Falcons.  Cross Axe torsos should look more appropriate for a guard.

I have so much hope for more news on this set before release day just because I'm impatient.  I think it's more likely this set will get leaked than Snow White, which releases two days earlier, just given how many leaks we've gotten.

Sunday is International Day of Lego, so maybe something official that day....?

One person claimed that this would have a reveal date 7th of February, if so that is not long from now. However take that with a LOT of salt, but around a month before seems plausible at least :shrug_oh_well:

I'm literally refreshing daily on Discord for any info on this bad boy.  Hype is real.

I’m used to the two week before release reveal 🤣🤣 I’ve been waiting for this ever since we heard about it since this time last year!! Maybe the London toy fair can help us out 🤣🤣

I actually wouldn´t mind if the set would make it to the official reveal, but kinda doubt it, as it seems to be one of the sets having a higher interest.

Eldorado fortress did right?, so would not surprise me. I would not mind either, but hopefully the official reveal is sooner rather than later

I almost went to this today but had too much to do in the office. I know from the venue that Lego had a much bigger space than last time, and were doing something quite different with it. They normally won’t let you into their old room there unless you’re an existing stockist with a pre arranged appointment, and even then you had to give your phone to them and sign an NDA. It was tougher than Fort Knox!

Eldorado Fortress was revealed on June 14th with the release date being July 4th. I assume a similar range for this set.

You could just gives us a thumbs up or thumbs down if you like what you see, fingers crossed, lol, you got this!

Or just torture us with cryptic messages and images like Lego's social media posts?  Did you all see the Missing Goat poster in the Ninjago set?  They gave us a literal red herring in the CMF.  I'll admit I love it.

Dude that toy fair is wild, there's literally no coverage because of the limited audience and the only ones who managed to take some focus on OTHER brands but Lego hahaha

Maybe only 12 days left

Like I say, unfortunately I couldn’t go this year as I had too much to do before flying to a different fair (without any Lego sadly…) today. They normally show a lot of Q3/4 releases at the London Toy Fair.

It's the final countdown

I wonder how "modular" this will be, as in able to connect, combine, and re-arrange certain parts of the set, think Eldorado, or Lion Knight's Castle etc.

Hopefully very  My guess is that it minimum has buildings you can display as closed or open like MMV had :classic:

Would like it to be modular like the el dorado fortress? Or just have an open layout similar to the original one?

I am expecting to purchase two day one. So excited!

I am not sure "spamming" in this thread every day because one person claimed it would be released then makes that much sense honestly. ;)  Aside from that. Who was it, and how credible is he?

I wouldn´t want to simmer towards something that isn´t happening in the end.

Though I have to say my exitement for the Lion Knights castle was way greater than it is for the Town Square - likely because of the prelims.
