With stamping and PAD printing you also need to think about the scale. A product that stamps 15cm images that look good might be terrible for 1cm prints. The fuzziness of the print edges is the same at both scales so much more noticeable on a small print.

You should be right. 

it is so bad that these technics are so expensives. Even a white ink printer is out of access.

I recently got into pad printing my own figs. It's decently expensive, but not totally out of reach. Pad is comparatively cheap, and I haven't had any major issues with prints being fuzzy, so I guess it depends on what you're printing

(sorry, just saw this was kinda necro, whoops)
