apachaihapachai Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 (edited) A fun to drive monster truck. It is equipped with RC Buggy motor for drive, Servo motor for steering and BuWizz 2.0 for power. Mods: The rear axle can be swapped with the copy of the front one for better playing capabilities. The tires can be swapped for cheaper Tire 107 x 44R Tractor or any RC ones. The hood can be can be fixed in place using shortened bb0219 Stacking Pin for Track Storage (as shown in first photo) Free 3D model at Rebrickable The model can easily wreck some tires. And even make wheelies. Edited February 17, 2023 by apachaihapachai Quote
SaperPL Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 The engine in the render looks really neat - will you make some photos of the details? Quote
gyenesvi Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 (edited) That's a pretty cool build! I like the way it looks, simple but efficient usage of panels and slopes, and such a raised body is an excellent match for the form factor of the buggy motor. I also like the build of the axles, that it's raised a bit in the middle, and that the ball joints are used horizontally and so does not result in a negative caster angle in the front. Although, the ground clearance could be improved on both axles by better mounting of the planetary hubs! Edited February 18, 2023 by gyenesvi Quote

Daniel-99 Posted February 24, 2023 Posted February 24, 2023 Sweet truck! It would be cool to see its performance in the snow. Quote
