Maybe the mounting points for the cylinders will be different? Quote
Jundis Posted March 8, 2023 Posted March 8, 2023 (edited) Let's assume we get some logs along with the model The 42080 had 24 out of 1003 pieces of meaning 1 per 41,79. The 42094 had 20 out of 827 pieces of meaning 1 per 41,35. So we can fairly assume we get (1492 / 41,57) = 36 pieces of wood Edit: Jokes aside, I really hope for 2 bigger log pieces done with a combination of these: Edited March 8, 2023 by Jundis Quote

TechnicSkiier802 Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 From the pic on the box I cannot tell if this has suspension or if the tire is just angled weirdly Quote

TechnicRCRacer Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 Green 3x19 frames, new claw parts, new A frame parts, looks like a cool set! Quote
Jundis Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 (edited) Really nice! Actually I nearly have no real complaints! Overall size fits, even though the wheel width maybe is a tiny bit to wide. Everything looks clean, nearly no blue pins visible. Colour consistency is great, too. We got 2 strong diffs, which is just cool from TLG as they aren't needed here. We have 4 new grey 2x11 cylinders and 1x11 cylinder for the grabber. The pneumatic switches seem a little hard to reach, but maybe this is just due to perspective. The A-frame is perfectly placed here. I am curious, how the blade actuation works, hopefully pneumatic, too. 1 hour ago, TechnicSkiier802 said: From the pic on the box I cannot tell if this has suspension or if the tire is just angled weirdly Just pendular suspension on the front axle like in the real world model. *Edit: No winch? :-/ Edited May 2, 2023 by Jundis Quote

So far I see new parts: - Bent Grapple Arms in Yellow - A-frame in Black Newly coloured parts: - 3x7 panel in green - 3x5 L-shaped flip flop liftarm in green Quote
Saruzeufel Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 Really impressed. Looks rough and boxy just like the real thing, seems to have all the functions (even openable doors from what it looks like), nice new pieces. Nothing to complain apart from the price beeing a bit high. Nice to see Technic beeing (what I consider) proper Technic! Quote
GerritvdG Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 (edited) Excited! This is what I want from a Technic set, must buy for me. For the set, for all the nice parts, and I’m expecting some interesting alternatives! Edited May 2, 2023 by GerritvdG Typo Quote
Erik Leppen Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 Looks nice. Like a proper Technic model with plenty of functionality. Not a fan of the huge yellow specialized parts, but they might see a use somewhere in the future. Good to see a proper set in green and with pneumatics, using the dark-gray pneumatic parts. I might just get this, maybe even together with the Mars rover. I am a bit curious to see the geometry of the angled beams in the boom though. Quote
vascolp Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 This looks really cool! Check this one on jaysbrickblog: Quote
Maaboo the Witch Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 (edited) I like the way the pump's been integrated! Took me a minute to find it. Also, 3L axle joiners in green. Edited May 2, 2023 by Maaboo35 Quote
Cypr-21 Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 I don't understand why they use strong diff on models without motorization. Quote

JonathanM Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 Looks like 3x19 frames in green after all. What is the small black part in the pinhole of the green panel behind the rear wheel? Quote
