Bobskink Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 Still a very blury excuse and an excuse toward the wrong people... I feel so much better now Quote
AFOL SF Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 Seriously, what do "YOU" think: Will we see more 'price hikes (or should I say 'spikes') in the future on popular sets or will TLC get their act together and price these sets correctly the first time around? I'm still contemplating whether to buy this set or not, to be honest. It is one great set but quite expensive, too. As a couple of you guys said, Lego IS an expensive hobby. Quote
Dovchenko Posted July 13, 2008 Posted July 13, 2008 Oh god. Lucky Americans, poor Oceania/Europe. That's not fair! Can't help but resent the 100$ off for some very lucky people... Canadians would get it just as good as Americans if LEGO finally realized that the dollar is at par... then we wouldn't have to pay 29.99 CAN for a Hailfire Droid! On the plus side we get things cheaper when we buy in the US... if you live by the border like me. Quote
