After a lot of people downloaded my 3 wheeler V8 alternate build of doms charger, I thought i'd keep it on three wheels and build a reliant robin.

Powered by BuWizz 2.0 and BuWizz motor, although the gearing pictured will change to 1:1 as I keep tripping the overload thermistor.

It's amazing fun, and will very likely tip over if you're not careful! Despite putting stabiliser wheels on it, it still flips over...

Free instructions coming on Rebrickable, as well as a proper full length youtube video now I have a proper tripod.

I love it so much! After watching the Top Gear video a while back I had the idea too of "BuWizz Reliant Robin Mayhem." Can't wait for instructions so I could build my own!

Looks so much fun! Few years ago i tried to do this too, chassis was ready but i never finished the body.

Now only thing that is missing is Clarkson figure

Love this although personally I think it'd look better in a different colour.

My parents had a Supervan III for 4-5 years and they only got rid of it because it had gotten increasingly difficult for my brother and I to fit in the back :sweet:.

I plan to do a trotter's traders Reliant Regal mod of this at some point, just got to order a bunch more yellow panels.

What is the next project?

I've been tempted to make a Bedford pickup or a japanese Kei truck for a while...

REF 55 1986 Bedford Rascal Pick-up

Cool and fun car.

You could do a Reliant Bond Bug. He doesn't look as cool, but just as clumsy as the Reliant Robin.

Does anyone know if there's a proper .dat model of a BuWizz somewhere on this forum?

For sure it's included in the LDraw.org parts inventory.
