I liked 42147 from the beginning. Here is my first alternative - a cute little City Car. Because of its googly eyes, which remind me of a well known character of the animated movie "Ice Age" it is called Sid.

Citi Glider I (aka. Sid) @ youtube

I hope you like it or at least find it funny.

Interesting thing. Could be really playable for some kid, with that unusual steering.

...you learn relatively fast that this kind of steering would suck in real life. It has some heavy suspension steer! ;) But despite that it's absolute fun to drive around.

You know the rule. If a set has wheels, or parts that can be used as wheels. Then at least one F1 car must be built! :sadnew:

I built one. Sorry!

...at least it has a lot of different angles.

Have a nice week.

Another advanced one is the Motorcycle carrying an engine in its sidecar. The front wheel is steered via virtual pivot point steering. And the sidecar wheel is connected to it. The steering is seasoned with some hint of Ackermann. The engine is connected with a gear grabbing into the rear wheels.

Thank you. I know that here in the forum such crazy things are quite taken with a certain amusement, if they are well done. So I was really looking forward to sharing this MOC here. :classic:

That motorcycle sidecar is genius! the steering! it wasn't even necessary but you put it in there! and an engine in there very much like all that

Love the plane too

@MangaNOID Thank you for the kind words.

It had the agility of an ocean liner before the integration of sidecar steering. :sweet:

This spiffy tiny Trial Truck has springless suspension following @Superkoala's idea mounting two linked pendular axles to the car. To fit in all features (steering and suspension), the horizontal steering axle had to be used as mounting point for the front axle. I expected the steering to be hard to move. ...In this small form factor it just works.

Let me introduce you to my latest creation - a Transformer. The construction was very time consuming. But I think the effort was worth it. The cabin looks a little bit wild. But everything at tire height has become very elegant.
There are also some funny solutions to look at. For example, the antennas on the Transformers head. They poke into the legs when folded into a truck. This prevents the wheels from spreading out when driving around.

I'm making good progress on the one model! I mainly just have to build the bodywork at the rear of the car, but I'm also going to be away from my Lego most of next week, so it'll probably be a few weeks yet.
