Loganwan Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 Good addition to your great city. It is HUGE! I am always surprised by the height when compared to the buildings around it, or the size of the blades with a mini-fig working on it. Quote
Dr. Brick Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 I just finished my turbine! I will post pictures when I have them! Dr. Brick Quote
funskymcdoogle Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 This is nothing short of AMAZING. I will do everything possible to get this set, including robbing, maiming, murdering and anything else*!*Disclaimer: I won't actually do these things. ;) before you do anything extreme, go search for 'wind turbine trainer' or lotus creative innovations on the web. You will find a scale model wind turbine lightyears beyond this Lego version. I have loved Legos since I was a kid, now I'm all grown up and stepped up to the next level. This will be released to the public in 2010, nothing like Lego or Vestas could have ever done. Quote

I am sure the version you are pointing to is lightyears beyond the Legoversion but that is not the point, I am sure a real windmill will even beat the model you are talking about. The fun is to have it built out of Lego... Quote
Piranha Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 I love these revised topics that I never got to comment on in. This wind turbine set is incredible! Would go perfect with a modular buildings city as its huge! Makes the Wind Turbine Transport one, look like the one you would put in your backyard I like the little house underneath it But at $500 I can live with out it. Quote

And this is an excellent Lego model. Quote
