Being such a small hamlet, Ceniza Bajo lacks a largescale agricultural economy. Instead, most farms a relatively small and exist only on a subsistence level. While this practice has worked for some time, as Ceniza Bajo grows, its agricultural production must keep pace. The enterprising Francisco de Merdos is keenly aware of this issue, and has taken steps ahead of time to ensure the food supply remains plenty as the population increases. The first step taken has been to acquire the existing subsistence farms in an effort to combine them into larger plots.
Here exists one such farm which has recently been acquired. While small on its own, when consolidated with other small plots and the land put to more efficient use, a surplus should be realised. The agricultural economy will of course need to be expanded further, however this should do for now.

Not a massive or particularly exciting build, but wanted to work on some of the meat and potatoes of Ceniza Bajo. Relatively happy with how this one turned out. Only now realising how many of the dark red 1x1 round bricks are actually required for that roof technique haha. Thanks for looking. Will be licensed as a small plantation.

Nice plantation! I like that house and garden and that cart full o' ... :pir_laugh2: I also really like the palm tress that combine old and new leafs.

And yes, even a small roof needs a lot of 1x1 round bricks. I had to learn that myself :pir_laugh2:

This is a nice little carrot farming. I like the house from the architecture and color combination. Also, the scenery and the handcart are well built.

Thank you! And ya, doesn’t help that those particular bricks don’t seem as easy to acquire in bulk as would be ideal.

Cheers! I’m trying to work with medium nougat buildings for Ceniza Bajo, just trying to get the combo right. Will keep experimenting.

Yeah, Ceniza Bajo really came to life lately. Makes me want to drop a moc there too :pir-huzzah2:

Aye, big plans are in the works. Would love to see you pay a visit if you get some time away from the expedition.

Very nice! Good to see Ceniza Bajo get some attention. Great little house, and good details throughout the MOC. I particularly like the fence around the garden.

Thank you!

Great! I am curious to learn more about your plans in the future! Ceniza Bajo is really a boomtown :pir_laugh2: Think i'll build a tavern for the thirsty sailors of CeeBee :pir-huzzah2:

(And while we are at it, maybe a small residence next to the tavern.)

Sounds amazing! Definitely a necessity in a port town such as ours. Arguably just as important as the agricultural economy hehe.
