But not necessarily a set - All of the Matoran seen in set form are canon, but only 5% are sets. You know, Metru Nui Matoran and all the MNOG 1&2 Matoran.

Doesn't mean he was flying around in space. He could've been on Bara Magna and was sent to the other world.

Hence "The Great Beings sent Mata Nui from the Heavens." I think the particular part of "the Heavens" that Mata Nui came from and that the Great beings inhabit might be Bara Magna. It seems plausible, especially considering what appears to be a giant unused chuck of Mata Nui in the desert.

Interesting... Vorox and Zesk could be outcasts from the Rock tribe, thus technically not in the Rock tribe. Those two look like hunter and pet dog to be honest :p

All the Glatorians look pretty savage, particularly Skrall, Gresh, Strakk and Vorox, only Malum and Tarix retain any noblity from what we've seen.

Wow, it's been a while since I've posted. I've got to get back into the groove. *cracks knuckles* Here we go. As I mentioned to someone (who corrected me in his own words) "It's a great time to be a Bionicle nerd.". This is because of all the great stuff we're getting. Now I'm, for some reason, REALLY optimistic considering how bad my day's been.

Getting on topic, these sets look AMAZING. I did a little bit of research earlier with my currently mask-less Vultraz set and realized that the Gla-toran's heads could in fact be Av-toran heads, turned. As someone pointed out, the holes do appear to be on the top of the heads in most of the sets, and I also agree that they look like flip-masks in some cases. I very much agree.

I was looking real hard at that picture of the Toa standing on the beach. He sure does look like Matoro, and I don't see an Ignika on his face, but I'm blind basically, so don't bite my head off if I'm wrong. And I probably am.

I love the sets, I must say. The thornax fruit, as my friend pointed out yesterday, is like the word "thorax", so it could be derived from there.

I'm glad that the launchers and the ammo changed from Zamor Launchers. It would've been nearly to launch THOSE pieces from the Zamors. What with the spikes and all.

I'm quite pleased with these sets, if I may say so. I like the new designs, the weapons, the masks and everything. I'm quite interested in these life counters. Whatever they are, they seem to be very interesting. I saw a video before we had quality pictures of a guy making a guess as to what was up in the corner, and there was writing at the bottom of the canisters, so he was trying to guess what was in them. Well, now he doesn't have to. =D

As my friend and I were discussing, now we need to see the backs of the canisters. X3

Anyways, I need to get some sleep, because my current depression is aggravating and I have a serious headache. Bleh. xP

I think you are right.

The figure kinda does look like Mata Nui´s original body (Regular Bionicle figure body) and it´s logical for him to make a body that looks like his old one.

I made it special for 145x145 res... and so don't have bigger copy. But if you want, I can make it again. It took like 10 minutes of Photoshop.

Well, that would be why Mata Nui does not look like the summer set of him will -- obviously he has a crucial role to play in 2009 and the promotion team knew that, and thus designed this discovery poster. They just didn't know what he'd actually look like in summer.

i come here with me little theory of how it is the 2009 location planet:

we now that

Bara means "Coffee"

and Magna means "Great".

in other words, "Bara Magna" means "Great coffee"

after i hearded that i remembered that that Bara Magna is megablocking dangereous

i think that "bara" means "coffee" because the coffee makes you don't sleep, and i think knowing the 2009 locationj is dangereous, that we wouldn't sleep there, if we want to stay ALIVE, you know, there's giant organic animal creatures or beast like..the Giant scorpion that we see in the Skrall box, there's can be giant ice creatures, or something else, or at least, giant BIONICLE like creatures, like that piece we see in the 2009 teaser.

Fixed. In all seriousness though, I don't see why everyone thinks BZP is unreliable. Yes, many of the members are, but the actual frontpage information is usually very accurate.

Good point. Their repetitive grasping at straws regarding Mata Nui NOT being the universe is fun to watch, too.
