Takanuva-nui Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 I love that Mats has the 2008 Ignika, but the crooked problem had better be fixed. It looks gold, but it also looks like the color of the Onua chest armor, so I hope that he is a black and gold figure then, so we don't get a brown or orange Ignika T-Nui
Pencoin Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! x 999999999999999999999999999999999999999992008 IGNIKA ON MATA NUI! YES! YES! YES! 80 Dollar Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 You have just summed up the meaning of life. Yepp, now we have something to live for...at least ´till summer...
Wrinkledlion X Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Awwweesome. I always wanted Toa Ignika to have blue eyes. This is good, too.
Bfahome Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 You have just summed up the meaning of life. Am I the only one noticing the irony that the Ignika is the mask of life? ._. Anyway, I think it was said that the combiner was a Sand Stalker. I wanted a Sandray. ;_;
Bundalings Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Gold Ignika. Credit to Tilius! -Ikk yay HEY LOOK!Matty is using a glatorian head if you look closely to the left!! That would be tragic. But I don't think so... there's a black mass inside the mask, and when I tried a Glatorian head on the Ignika it was pretty much completely hollow. Not to mention the eyes would be reeeeally far back. Oh yeah, it seems that '09 joints don't break: http://www.bzpower.com/forum/index.php?sho...307735&st=0 Doubt it. May be stronger, yes, but it's still... something. >_> ~Bunda
Pencoin Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Anyway, I think it was said that the combiner was a Sand Stalker. Nope, it has a high chance though.
Umbra Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 I Saw Mata Nui long time ago. He has red eyes and he was gold/brown. And he was Canister. Sorry if that was leaked information.

Strakk Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Do you guys think that the gallery when public might have other pics? Or it is just a winter catalogue?
Tyranide Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Mata Nui's turning out to be more and more epic than any other canister. This cannot be real! I believe I really will buy two Mats. And won't unpack the second one.
Brickthing Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Ooh Yayz, Mata Nui has a Ignika in gold. IMO, I'm much preferring the gold variety, since a "stable" Ignika of this shape has been teasing us since 2007. Plus, getting a gold Ignika gives hope that we'll get a black variety of the same mould some time in the future. The blue eyes are awesome, even though his GS form had green eyes, and I'm liking the notion that the eyes are shaped like the Metru-eye look. Of course, with it being a promo image designed to make Mata Nui cooler there would be no promises, but it raises the potential of a trans-light-blue half-eyepiece doesn't it? Where is that from though? .se = Sweden. ... I just zoomed in on the Ignika, and there is trans-light blue showing behind it. So it's a glat head.
Bundalings Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 ... I just zoomed in on the Ignika, and there is trans-light blue showing behind it. So it's a glat head. Better not be. If he has a Glatorian head, the set will be ruined for me. Why? If you have an Ignika and a Glatorian head I'll let you see for yourself. ~Bunda
Refia Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 I was under the impression Glatorian heads and Kanohi Masks don't match, at least, judging from my Zesk...
Ikki o' Moopyville Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Oh for the love of whine. If he has a Glatorian head, just EXCHANGE it for a Metru one. >__> -Ikk
Refia Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Or a Mata one! I still have a spare one here with icy blue eyes, what luck! :p

iLego94 Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Where is it from as in what source did the image come from, a catalogue, a magazine, a secret transmission, an alien broadcast etc. ~iLego94
Pencoin Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 The mask´s mold could be slightly modified to fit on Glatorian head... Thats what I was thinking.
Refia Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 (edited) Could it perhaps be that the summer sets have new heads akin to the Glatorian heads? (Fully transparent, I mean.) One where the Ignika can fit on? Edited January 11, 2009 by Refia
Anton Gray Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 For everyone who is worrying about how bad the Iggy looks with a Glatorian head, Mata Nui's mask is a new mold, made to fit a regular Glatorian head. Look at the back of the mask, last year's had two swooshes to cover the metru head, but this time around it cut short, because he has a normal Glatorian head. The plus rod is on the top, stop worrying.
