I've got a feeling that these guys are all in the one place, because even though each background of each sets has a different effect, they're all pictured in front of stone steps.

It makes me picture them coming into a Colosseum down through six entrances to roaring crowds. Plus, the big thing behind Maium looks like one from the outside. I bet Tuma is the reigning Champion based on how high up the steps he is.

But I could be totally wrong.

Hmmm... maybe. But I think Greg mentioned multiple villages. Perhaps each one has it's own Colosseum? Maybe they fight iin their own villages, and then there's a main tournament...

This makes me want to start a TBRPG. >_<

Either way, I have a...suspicion...they will not use elemental powers, despite their deceiving appearances

In the early reader summary, it says "the Glatorian Vastus" want to learn more fighting moves, etc. So my guess is they're all "Glatorians", fighters, I guess, but the summer ones will have a new name. Of course it's all just placeholders so it might not be correct.

I'm thinking maybe Mata Nui is somehow destined to go to this place, and see how barbaric the people are, and maybe he'll learn appreciation for individual life. :classic:

Greg said he doesn't care about individuals, just the universe as a whole.

Idunnolol. :P

Not a bad thought. Next year will be gruesome though. I belive the Latin word for Strakk is something like "massacre, bloodbath, carnage, debris". Creepy.

Malum is "evil, misfortune, misdeed, crime, injury, damage".

Gresh is "pace, The ability to walk."

Vorox is "to eat greedily, swallow up, consume, gorge oneself"

Weird.

(Yes Nif I give you credit.)

Is that a new foot piece on Malum?

It's a dark red, finless Hordika foot. You could see it in a picture of the front or back of the catalog... I think the pic was deleted though.

I've noticed that on Skrall and Vorox, the feet have a Metru chest armor piece on the back. Why? Why only one foot and why only those two?

And how the heck do the Zamorz stay in the launchers!?!? ><

They hold hit-counters. Notice on Strakk's back and Skirmix's neck.

I assume the spikes hold them in. Might affect launching. :sceptic:

Ah!!! I see it now. It is that huge thing on the bottom of the page.

Also that means more smashing them together wars! =D

The T vehicles were listed as SHP last year. So it looks like we're getting more large sets. Hopefully Rahi.

I hope so. And HPP was for normal titans.

MDP (?) may be for promo sets.

Are you sure that its going to be a gruesome year?

Lego have normally steered away from violence in the more public stories but it would be a change, not neccisaraly a nice change but a change.

Oh i am pretty sure its Malum. :sceptic:

To go with his colour prehaps?. Maybe it is grey = good and black = bad? Then again that would mean Strakk was good which doesn't seem likely.

What do you mean?

About the hit counters?

It says "counters of life" in the bottom of one of the pics, with a pic of the cog next to it.
