Skulduggery Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 (edited) I think that vorox in the last teaser picture in this picture mite be beast Mata Nui is attacked by when he first lands on Bara Magna... The energized protodermis, as they called the substance, was slowly spreading causing damage to the structure of Spherus Magna. As a result, the planet soon splintered into pieces. The Great Beings managed to find their refuge elsewhere, while the Glatorian and the surviving villagers found themselves on the largest remaining piece of the shattered Spherus Magna - known from then on as planet Bara Magna. That pretty much confirms that Bara Magna was once Spherus Magna. Edited May 3, 2009 by Skulduggery
Brickthing Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 New idea, guys.I actually like the recent information on the Baterra and Red Star, but I think it was revealed too early. To prevent this from happening again, I'm just going to avoid the OGD. Then things that spoil the mystery like this will be revealed to me at the appropriate time, in the actual story. WHO'S WITH ME EDIT: Look at the frame of the film between Mata Nui's legs. Is that a weird-looking sword or what? I don't go there anyway, but the information always finds its way to here or other parts of the S&T Forum. And if we avoid it completely we end up looking silly when we try and come up with a theory about such things that have been answered prematurely by Greg. Front (I think) said something along the lines of that being the sword that Mata Nui would have, but was removed because of the Thornax Launcher. Antrozek - GB has slack posture. I think that vorox in the last teaser picture in this picture mite be beast Mata Nui is attacked by when he first lands on Bara Magna... I think the beast that was said to have attacked Mata Nui was the Sandbat in the Reader, not a Vorox. And that's definitely a Vorox.

hewkii9 Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 That is nice. The GB/Baterra on the right looks kinda like Krika.

Also, about the Vorox, it's possible. I mean, Brickthing said that it was the Sandbat, but actually he and Metus were attacked by a Sandbat a little while later. Mata Nui was attacked by a creature upon landing/creating a body. So it's possible. ~Makuta'sdarkslave
Skulduggery Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 (edited) I think the beast that was said to have attacked Mata Nui was the Sandbat in the Reader, not a Vorox. And that's definitely a Vorox. Here it says that He had already been attacked by some kind of beast upon arriving on Bara Magna THEN after that he meet's Metus and they are attacked by a Sand bat. And if we compare This pic that we saw in the orginal teaser (which is right after he makes his body) to This pic which is in the same pose (bottom right) we see that the second pic is right after he makes his body but there is a Vorox in the background so what I think happens is Mata nui makes his body stands up then a Vorox pounces on/attacks him then he beats it which means that it should be the beast the he refers to in This pic. But I'm probley wrong... @ Makuta'sdarkslave: I know we already know (or thought) that Bara Magna was part of Spherus Magna but I didnt think Greg ever confirmed that it was... I'M WITH YOU Though I still prefer the idea of the Red Star being some kind of north star / flying compass needle that shows Mata Nui where to go. That also works nicely with the MNOGtoran's procephy system. Ho well. -Ikk

My local magazine-thing says that bara magna used to be spherus magna and was the largest fragment of what was left of spherus magna (the other 2 being moons) whatever then =P

Avohkahs' Sparks Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 Can someone do me a favor? I want to find the Manas theme song in MNOG, but I cannot remember the artist or title. Can someone tell it to me?
Brickthing Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Could I just have the title or the artist? I doubt it has artist or title info, because it came with the MNOG. There are a few topics on BZP where you could get it from, or you could probably find it in the files of the MNOG PC version.
Brickthing Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 The MNOLG doesn't have the entire version. Where would the entire version come from then? Is there an entire version?
Brickthing Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 The Powerpack. To my understanding, the Power Pack has three songs - The BIONICLE music, Hura Mafa Flow and Kumo Rocks. The Manas theme isn't one of those.
Avohkahs' Sparks Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 I heard it on the radio a while ago. I heard it on the radio a while ago.

Toa of Whimsy Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 I heard it on the radio a while ago.I heard it on the radio a while ago. repeated statement+not helping+vague, possibly untrue claim=S.P.A.M. That is illegal you know. Also does anyone have a name/artist for that music that plays in MNOG in the dream/story sequence, and when Tahu peers over his shoulder and his eyes glow at Takua and he seemingly doesn't notice him? That was like a theme music for BIONICLE.

That was like a theme music for BIONICLE. That's the Mata Nui/Tahu theme music. That one comes in a full version on the MNOG. As for the Manas theme, the only time it plays in the MNOG isduring the Toa Kaita/Manas fight, and the music that I extracted from that scene is just a ten second background music loop. It didn't seem like the kind of music to have a full version, yet alone be playing on a radio station recently (2001 music for a kids online game...). Are you sure you didn't just here a similar theme AvSp?
Shine Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 A Scarabax Beetle who's name is Click. He is apparently an "important" ally of Toa Mata Nui. September-October BrickMaster set.
Avohkahs' Sparks Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Possibly, but I just need a recording of it, then I can find it.
Holy Diver Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 A Scarabax Beetle who's name is Click. He is apparently an "important" ally of Toa Mata Nui. September-October BrickMaster set. It's kind of cute. But he is totally out of scale, unless the large Mata Nui is its size.
