Well, we did learn why the Traitor betrays: he wants half of Tuma's conquered empire. Also, the traitor's attitude makes me think it's Strakk, greedy as he is. But who knows... It could be Berix or Tarduk too, for while scavaging they certainly should have learned a lot about a lot of things, perhaps including the baterra. Not Tarduk... he's away currently, yes? And anyway, I think he's much too... moral... to be the traitor. Did anyone catch this quote from EoTS off-guard? Yes. It was very surprised when I punched it in the face. Brutaka had mentioned "kidnapping your women" or something in one of the previous serials as well. Best thing to be said in Bionicle, ever. I thought that chapter was excellent. But I have a pic of Mata Nui returning to his creators somewhere... I'll find it tomorrow. Mata Nui certainly can deliver. And the new chapter is at least interesting. I just hope Greg won't add any more spoilers about traitor's identity or something like this. But if the traitor is really Berix, then it's really very well kept secret.

Someone who isn't suspected quite yet... Greg may have SAID that the vehicles won't have much part in the movie, but the riders could very well have their own character.

I mean, after figuring the Bohrok are modeled after them, it's just gonna keep me awake all night. And what's up with Click in the centre of the Skrall maze on the box arts? Weird. Maybe he gets trapped in one and has to get out some time in the movie. o.o Also, I really wish I could see those pictures on the top of the boxes. It would make my day if I could get clear pictures of them, but that won't be for a few months, probably. Then again, you never really know, eh? :\ Anyways, ranting again, so... yeah. I have to try making one of those! I'm suspecting that Berix is probably the traitor, otherwise the Berix found by Tarix part of the first comic makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. The traitor is part of the main storyline, which is for 8 year olds, so that scene would simply be foreshadowing, not a red herring to throw the older minority of fans who would get it off. And then the Movie Berix with Skrall concept probably wasn't meant for public release, so it's likely to reinforce that Berix is the traitor.

This traitor is experienced in making deals, experienced with the lands of Bara Magna, and have seen the Baterra [or is completely bluffing [double double backstab!] I'm going for a Summer character, one we don't know the personality of. That logic doesn't make any sense. The traitor bossed Tuma around by claiming (bluff or not) that he knew how to destroy the Skralls' worst enemy, not by physical strength - Tuma even nearly choked the traitor to death, so that only re-enforces the possibility of the traitor being an Agori.

I agree with you that prototype pieces are way better, because an unreleased set is only rare till it's released, as opposed to unique one-of-a-kind parts that will always be rare. I think that the contest was a good one, but it seemed that LEGO was looking for one kind of Mech in particular, which made it a shot in the dark as to whether you'd make that kind or not.
