Bundalings Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 the censored escenes are violence right? There are no censored scenes. Someone messed up with the chapter numbering in the book, so it's like a chapter got deleted. But it didn't. ~Bunda

Zaktan of the Shadows Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 i just wanted moar violence, cutting arms, heads over, swords clashing, half cutted enemies lol, Bioni-porn was a joke, just following everything else people said. But I dunno, violence like that could be a little too explicit. -ZotS
Kanohi Ignika Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 I hope the Thornax can be assembled, since it appears to be made of three pieces (two spiked yellow halfball, 1 black plate thingy). Tarix doesn't appear to have a Thornax launcher? -Iggy

Most of the 2009 sets carry two melee weapons or at least one badass melee weapon.
~Wrack'n'Ruin~ Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 Bionicle Yaoi is awesome. I like alluding to it in my fanfics/
80 Dollar Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 (edited) Hmm...when will we learn what that Jetrax T9 alternate model is? Edited October 23, 2008 by 80 Dollar
Nightmare Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 Hmm...when will we learn what that Jetrax T9 alternate model is? Maybe the BrickMaster or Lego Magazine edition of November will have a code to unlock them, like Trinuma. Also, stop about porn now guys. Toa=/=porn 'Kay?
Ikki o' Moopyville Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 (edited) Also, don't even think about publishing the entire book on the internet. Making it freely available for anyone to read would only serve to damage the already fragilely low book sales - which, in the end, would mean cancellation of the entire book series. Not good. Not good. -Ikk Edited October 23, 2008 by Ikki o' Moopyville
Tyranide Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 I think someone would have to be REALLY patient to do the whole book, but select parts might not be so bad...I hope someone out there is listening... I'm listening. Closely. Also, don't even think about publishing the entire book on the internet. Making it freely available for anyone to read would only serve to damage the already fragilely low book sales - which, in the end, would mean cancellation of the entire book series. Not good. Not good. That makes sense. Even I can order this book to Russia, It costs MUCH (like $20, while regular translated Bio-book costs $2), delivering takes a month and such... but it's surely better than to sit here and beg to upload the book.
iLego94 Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 The Jetrax alternate will be in the brickmaster :) See This: Recently, there has been a lot of confusion on BZP over the plans for an alternate model of Jetrax in the November LEGO Magazine. Apparently, a lot of people have thought that refers to the yellow Jetrax store exclusive set, so I thought it was time for a little Alternate Model 101:Q. What is an alternate model? A. It's a new model built using pieces of an existing one. Q. Would the yellow Jetrax be considered an alternate model? A. No. You cannot build yellow Jetrax using pieces from existing 2008 models, because none of the sets have those pieces in yellow. If you have to paint existing pieces to build the model, it's not an alternate model Q. What is the difference between a LEGO Magazine alternate model and the yellow Jetrax? A. Besides what's already been stated, a LEGO Magazine alternate model is designed exclusively for Club by our Master Model Builders. Instructions are provided either in the magazine or on LEGO Club website. Club alternate models are not for sale in any store, though obviously the models they are based off of are. Yellow Jetrax is a store exclusive model. It has its own packaging, it's for sale, and it includes its instructions just as any other LEGO set does. So to sum up -- if we were doing a page showing the yellow Jetrax, it would not be referred to an alternate model page in the magazine, more likely as a feature page (since it shows an existing set available for sale with its instructions included). An alt. model page features a new model constructed using pieces from an existing one, with instructions available only through LEGO Club. Make sense? BTW, here is the cover for the final BIONICLE comic, and the next BRICKMASTER (from LEGO shop :) ) ~iVahi
Pencoin Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 Hey that means we can have a blue or yellow version: Cheers.

Antrozek Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 FINALLY THE MISTIKA ARRIVED TO ARGENTINA!! YEEAHH!!!
Xion Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 no can you imagine the amount of whiny 8 year olds there would be in there? "it's not working" blah bnlah blah I hate whiny 8 year olds >.>
Holy Diver Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 nocan you imagine the amount of whiny 8 year olds there would be in there? "it's not working" blah bnlah blah I hate whiny 8 year olds >.> You know what? I do too. But without them, Bionicle would be without a "target audience". And we wouldn't have had all of the great decisions that Lego has come up with over the past few years (squid launchers).
VBBN Posted October 23, 2008 Author Posted October 23, 2008 FINALLY THE MISTIKA ARRIVED TO ARGENTINA!! YEEAHH!!! I believe that goes in the 2008 images and discussion topic. And we wouldn't have had all of the great decisions that Lego has come up with over the past few years (squid launchers). So true.
iLego94 Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 With out the target audience, there would be no BIONICLE. I have more of a hands on experience with the target audience (I know a young fan, as he is the son of my mom's friend) the kid calls me sometimes, and asks lots of questions on the story. So far, he hasn't complained about anything, not the new sets or the old sets he got of eBay. Personally, the fans that annoy me, are the 8-9 year olds on BZP, who know next to nothing (i.e. n00b to the excess) and complain about EVERYTHING. Sure, we whine, but not to the point that they do. Plus, half of them have really dumb things to talk about, like how Pokemon is better, and how Transformers is way cooler.... ~iLego
The Dor Posted October 24, 2008 Posted October 24, 2008 (edited) Well, I'm fairly well convinced that at least Tarix and Berix are good guys, and that possibly Strakk and Metus are. Those are the only four of the twelve that don't have orange eyes, and Tarix and Berix actually have green, so... yeah. That seems like a good pointer to me. And if other people noticed this and new it instinctively, I feel stupid. :( Also: No one seems to notice the possible Mata Red on Skrall. :D Edited October 24, 2008 by The Dor

Zarathos Posted October 24, 2008 Posted October 24, 2008 (edited) I just had a thought- maybe next year the small sets are the good guys (or just villagers trying to defend themselves), and the canister sets are evil. It kind of sounds like the beginning of 2006, but I guess it could happen. -Z Edited October 24, 2008 by Zarathos
