THAT WAS INCREDIBLE

They even had Kini-Nui and everything! And the music was so epic! And they used sound effects from the old Toa Mata Promo CD! YEEEEES

Also, that wasn't the MNOLG thing at the beginning, but it was similar.

YEEEEEEEEEEES

I just sent Bink a few questions including one on what the nature of the Glatorian and Agori heads be.

Also, which one of the 2009 sets he designed.

and then one more question on the next animation.

When did he say he designed a set?

I have an Idea, let's start a series of Aravagantos burns!!! I'll start:

"You know, it was pretty cold walking to school this morning. At least it's comforting to know I could lie naked in the snow, and not be as cold as Aravagantos feels right now...." BURN!!!!!!! XD

"So Aravagantos, have you heard the one about the idiot and the CGI that proved him wrong?? Oh, sorry dude, I forgot that you were the idiot" (okay, that one sucked)

"Aravagantos, one day you will hear a large explosion. And it's going to be the sound of your head coming out of your a**" MEGA BURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have another idea: let's not. Seriously, this is getting out of hand. We're supposed to be talking about 2009 sets in this topic, not flaming a member of another forum because he was refusing to believe something. All you're showing by calling him all those names is that YOU are the immature one - as Eurobricks members, we're supposed to act like adults, not like the average BZP noob.

I did the math, and if Mata Nui is indeed 40 million feet tall, that would make him about three times the circumference of the Earth.

Not sure if that's good or bad

As long as he isn't on Earth, his size isn't a bad thing. :classic:

...

Well that seems a little excessive.

If I counted kilometers right, Mata Nui's body only two (and a little bit more) Earth radius' tall.

Eeerrrmm... WTF? How big are planets there? oO

Well, greg will always try to pull out the old BIONICLE Physics excuse... ANd, what makes me laugh is that the whole planet is empty, sans an ocean. What a boring world! Terry is probably leaving now....

Wow DID is awesome! I wonder how MN will eventually get to Bara Magna. The Names seems a little bit lik the old days :D!!! Agori, Glatorians, Bara Magna! All soudns AWESHUM =D

... Why isn't anybody posting the 2008 MN movie in the 2008 topic? :P

Well this one is much more exciting - I don't believe that the 2008 one is even front-page anymore.

And I'm going against the tide. DID5 was just a filler chapter with a tiny bit of fanwank and a cliffhanger IMO.

Heads mystery solved!

1) I noticed one last animation before the 2009 teaser thing. It shows the image for the one that just aired(kinda like how the ignika image was shown after it was aired, but the video was different) So I was wondering-is this new content, or the compilation of this years animations?

2) you said before that there would be about two minutes worth of animation this year-does this include the very last animation?

3) You said in an interview(with yourself, I believe) that one of the 2009 sets was your design. So now that we know names and images and some story, can you tell us which one it was?

4) Because there is a debate going on in another forum about this, I wanted to know if you could answer:

Do the Glatorian and Agori have new heads(part-wise), or old ones?

That last question I think is safe to answer, but I'd ask Greg just in case.

Thanks a ton!

1) New content.

2) Nope. The last will be a Flash teaser for 2009, not CGI.

3) Actually, I test-built one of the designs, the one that I named (Skirmix). I didn't actually design it.

4) New heads that have a nifty dual-orientation feature, and are smaller than previous heads.

Why the random rock monster was in the Destral Cycle page..... BTW, when will those instructions be up??? I want to see if buying Jertrax to make it would be worth it....

Bink thought of it didn't he?

Anyway, it's good to have the DC instructions now. Still don't like it though.

Huh I put Bink? You tryin ta frame mis?

Mask idea: The 'faces' we see are the faces for the characters, the flip side is the generic people we will see on the film.

Well you edited your post after I accused you...

I think the flip heads are live av-heads for the normal side, but the back of them has the eye and mouth details seen on Berix and Metus. Also, there is no plus rod in the back of the head, it's more curved to be a flip head. I'm kinda disappointed about the new head - a flip av-head could've worked fine.
