Oh, and Modular Buildings Collection is existing since 2007. If it’s. A new plate for a new modular building, it won’t look right next to other previous 18 modular buidlings. 

Some things that come to my mind: 

MILS: Lego knows that people elevate the sets, using MILS platforms

Lego is using elavorated bases in some of their sets like the community center of friends

Double height baseplates like the ones of Downtown 

 

The building of the teaser could be a modular or a new big city set in the line of downtown or the creator's main street

Take a look at the past and current summer subthemes. We have a lot of animals!

2020 - Ocean - Great White shark (not new), anglerfish, turtle (from CMF), manta ray, hammerhead shark

2021 - Wildlife Rescue (Africa) - elephant, elephant calf, lion, lion cub, monkey, python (not new), African eagle (not new) monkey, crocodile (not new)

 22022 - Farm - cow (not new), cow calf, pig (not new), piglet, sheep (not new ecept with that fleece piece), lamb, foal (from CMF), chicken (not new)

2023 - Arctic / Ocean - seal, baby seal, polar bear (not new), polar bear cub, big turtle, turtle (not new), manta ray, Great White shark (not new), orca

So we haven’t seen desert, jungle, Australian outback, forest subthemes yet.  The more animals we get, the merrier we become!

Food pieces too! The 2022 Farm/Food Distribution System subtheme introduced a boiled egg mold with the chicken coup. We've also got a strawberry piece with the downtown set from this year.

Bro YES!!!! I LOOOOOVVVEEEE that corn on the cob piece! Sometimes, I like to just order food molds off of eBay and Bricklink just for the heck of it. I may get some of those for my grocery store too.

LEGO City Adventures is definitely still canon! Also, the 2016 service station appears in the background; I am surprised by the number of older sets that feature in these videos.

Duke DeTain is back fellas! It's like Lego City Adventures is still here. Only the main characters are four teenagers who can do anything instead of one person to represent each line of work. I like this a lot better than LCA. Not that LCA was bad.

You mean that modular GWP set? If so, that’s a tough one to guess what it would be. We had vintage taxi pairing with Boutique Hotel, moving van going around Jazz Club.  So I have a few ideas:

1.) School Bus (unlikely since it needs pieces more than 300) would be nice for a field trip for museum

2.) Transport Truck would make sense for them to bring artifacts, such as mummy, shield, etc. However, it’s “Natural History Museum”, so it’s not about human history. A dinosaur fossil then?

3.) Police Car may be perfect since the museum needs security to stop any crooks from breaking in and stealing.

4.) Random Car

Now, if it’s not vehcile set after all, I only can think of:

1.) Hot Dog Vendor 

2.) Flower Cart

I'm not too sure about listing some wanted animals by the habitat they live in, buuuuut...

We need molds of wolves, boars, gorillas and kangaroos, I can't even begin to imagine how hyped the lego community would be should we finally get them in a physical form

(Maybe a modern scorpion mold too. True, the current one is nostalgic and memorable, but I think its time we give it the treatment that the spider mold gotten after all these years)

Yeah, we still need new molds for wolf, boar, golly, kangaroo! 

The updated so portion mold would be so good.  Bat, frog, fish and octopus will need to be updated as well (I knw designers hae been using frogs as building techniques but still…).

I don't think they will change the frog mold anytime soon since it's a pretty lovable easter egg in many sets, giving it a modern makeover might lead to an earful from fans

Yeah, I know. Designers often use frogs in different colors - white, lime green, pink, chocolate brown, olive green and ohters. They can keep/ use that classic frog mold while making a new frog mold.
