The crossfitter has a tattoo on her right arm, the barbarian is female, the goatherd has a Medieval torso, and Basil seems to have a grey head.

After seeing the images, I’m so pumped! I love Basil the Bat, the cross fitter, the goatherd, and all of minifigures! Definitely good series!

I’m a tiny bit peeved that we’ve only got a group shot so there’s still a lot concealed on most characters, but at least we can finally confirm the barbarian is a woman and see part of her torso. Also nice to get confirmation that Basil has printed and dual molded legs, and it looks like his ax blades are trans red instead of plain red. The arm tattoo on the crossfitter is cute but she’s still my least favorite of the series. Triceratops suit guy has more scale detailing than I could see on the leaked checklist, very nice. Honestly, this just confirms that I’ll probably be grabbing a couple of boxes when I encounter them in the wild despite not knowing what I’ll get – the entire series is really fun.

Yeah, that image makes it look like a pretty solid line up, I'll definitely collect them all.

After sitting with the new images for a bit:

• The Barbarian in on the verge of perfection... But the color of the hair kinda ruins it for me. I'm not a fan of that color of red on any minifigure besides a clown - it just doesn't look natural to me.
• Cross fitter might be one of my least favorite CMFs of the past few years. Super common hair, face that looks nearly identical to that super common winking one, and an overall design that could be in about any City set? It also looks like one of the few minifigs that got arm printing, which feels like a shame. If you like it, then good for you - I'm just not impressed.
• Glad the goathearder is firmly medieval - I wonder which parts will get reused in the new village?
• Interesting that Basil looks grey... Will he be a full-on vampire under the helmet? I have no connection to the originals, so I'm fine for whatever it is. 
• The harpy looks better in this image for me. I do wish that Lego would make a better winged character back piece that isn't so large and blocky though.

Overall, I think this series is a bit of a mixed bag, with five I'm not a huge fan of, four that are decent, and three that I really like. I'll still end up getting the whole set since I buy them by the case now, but I do feel that it could be a bit stronger.

The Goat Hearder's stubble printing looks so weird. For a CMF I would expect something more detailed

They also did it with the Series 23 Falconer and looks so wrong. Why dont they use orange if the character is meant to be red hair. It's like they've never seen a red hair in real life

Is that hairpiece a new mold? It would work for a hippie woman in a future CMF I think

As others speculated when the leaflet first dropped, the hair colour is probably a reference to Red Sonja. Also, the hair and overall outfit design are similar to Red Sonja's 1985 movie appearance.

Probably both the torso and legs, since they would work for any peasant (or even a Forestman).

That is my guess (backed up by the red eyes); I just hope that he still has his glorious moustache!

Oh my, this is exciting. Nu-Basil will fit right in with my Night Lord's Castle MOC I'm in the midst of right now.

While I'm not sure how well those legs will work for me (they currently look like breeches), that'll be an easy-enough fix.

Does that mean he comes with 2 different heads? Its been a while since the last minifigure that came with more than one head: the Series 2 Mime

The leaflet has the same pic, with the red head. 

It wouldnt be first time something like this happens though. The S3 Hula Girl and the S8 Minotaur official pics both had errors

Yeah the red head looks like a rendering error - would be really surprised to see red eyes on a red head. Anyways would have still prevered yellow over grey. Anyways now that the pictures are out it shouldn´t be long till we see the first reviews.

So I think the hound-trimmer's new hairpiece incorporates something like a cochlear implant, though you can only see a tiny hint at it on the CMF images on the right side of the head.

What's weird is that the hairpiece looks the same-ish as the one I'm seeing in the new Burger Van, except they seem to be mirror images of each other, so I don't know what's going on.

Technically  the thespian came with two two heads so mim is not exaclty the last one. But yeah the mime is indeed the last one with interchangeable heads. 

But i agree that it looks like it’s digitize error to me.

Not overly keen on the goat man's torso print, the woolly vest thing looks weird and abrupt. Otherwise I'd be all over it.

Harpy is a harpy. 1 or 2.

Basil the Rat Bat is great, 1, 2 or 3 depending on the price.

Barbie looks great, I'd like a few of those to team up with the vikings.

I think that’s a great idea - they could introduce us a new Barbie doll in full-on armor. There, girls will love Barbie the Barbarian.

I would like to acquire Basil, the Goatherd and several goats. I think I'll wait until March-April for prices to be at their lowest. But I think that even at this time the goat will be at a very high price, perhaps 15-20€, to the extent that many will seek to have it and in large quantities...

Even if they would sell at that price range, latest in summer we will get cheaper goats when the one from the medieval town square hits pick a brick.

It’s odd to me that interchangeable heads aren’t more common in these. Seems like a cheep way to add value and options
