Lord Ras looks good as well, although I'm a little suspicious on the authenticity of the figure as the head printing is different (lost the 2 pink stripes under his eyes) and the arms dont have his pink stripes. The armour already exists in a lego city set too. If it's real though, I like the armour and the robe design, and the leg printing look damn good as well.

The stripes are there; also, I think that the lack of arm printing is due to this being a robe with sleeves (as opposed to his sleeveless Imperium suit).

I think it could be, judging from the leak way back at the start of the year we have all the scheduled characters, apart from Sora who didn't show up in the leak, so im guessing thats it.

I guess this is the next magazine after Lloyd and Sora cause we've seen the magazine bag? Or should we expect another dragons rising S1 fig first?

There is a better quallity picture of the back of the paper bag and it has the number 892402. Sora has 892312. All of the 2023 magazines have --23--. This year in Germany the january minifigure was golden dragon Jay which had the number 892302, there wasn't a 892301. So that means that the villain would be the first 2024 minifigure. But the lloyd would be on november 28 after Sora which I guess would have the number 892313, and then there would be 12 minifigures for the 12 months of the year. They could just completely skip December because October had 2 minifigures, with that the villain could be after Lloyd on the begginig of January. I would have wanted there to be more s1 minifigures, but the stuff we got was still great.

I’m annoyed that these magazines are not available in USA. Is here any way to get those minifigures? Like Bricklink, eBay, etc?

YouTube bricksbymind has a subscription to them, and is in the US, so I assume you can get them shipped directly to you.

I doubt they'd skip December, I mean having 2 figures is that uncommon, they just reuse old gift so it's no extra 'budget'. Would that mean no December issue? I guess this isn't December's gift, with what you've said about numbers, and it would be weird to have a January wave fig before January.

I guess one last unknown DRS1 fig in December before the new villain fig for January.

Is the imperium claw hunter magazine still available? I haven't had the chance to get one because of my location, im heading home at the end of the week though and want to grab one before they're gone as this claws are really hard to come by.

They were still there is Wh smiths earlier today. I didn't buy any but I already got 4 earlier cause is a cool fig design.

You can subscribe to get them shipped internationally but it’s almost never worth it for the price. Better to just buy the figure on Bricklink, unfortunately. I would love to get these in the US!

By 2 figures I meant that there was The Imperium Claw hunter on october the 2nd and Sora on oct 31st.  So with that technicly Sora can be seen as a November minifigure and Lloyd the december one. Also last year, before we were going to get Dragon Jay, we got an image of the vangelis paper bag, and he was in the next magazine.

Alright how much we willing to bet on this?

cole Titan mech sounds cool, and is well overdue, maybe a bigger version of his rock form. And I guess the giant dragon set could be the source dragon we see in the show, if it isn’t gonna be Egalt or whatever that set name from the first half of the year is. Another ultra sonic raider is promising, can’t go any lower than legacy so I’ll be excited to see what that looks like, although I’m kinda annoyed it’s another rehash of sets we have seen before. We need something big and new, like the Kai raider from last year.

Obviously this is all speculation if this is correct info, there’s no source provided and I don’t expect one to be.

Posted (edited)

I'm fairly certain this is reliable info, he is a leaker who has been right on a most occasions; next section contains spoilers

Spoiler

the cole mech I predict will be his earth golem form, or a new mech

the stealth raider is probably going to be an OG ninja thing/ new gen thing but would be a really cool tribute to the OG ninja

I am certain the large dragon (71822) will be the Elemental Source Fire/Molten Dragon most for Kai, not 71813 a 4+ tribute coming in march

btw all of my own realistic hopes on my part

June sets:

71815 - Kai's Source Dragon Duel / 4+ / 120 Pieces / $39.99
71816 - $10.99
71817 - ???? / 7+ / 253 Pieces / ????
71818 - $49.99
71820 - $89.99
71821 - $129.99
71822 - $149.99

If we get a new Ultra Sonic Raider, I hope that it gets a significant redesign (like the Bounty did) and incorporates new vehicles for the rest of the Ninja (the original raider’s design only had room for the OG four!).

Edit: Updated with previously-leaked set info.

Are those the only sets we're getting for summer 2024 or is there a possibility of more later? Five would be a tiny wave compared to the most of the recent summer ones.

I would guess that there are more, but that is just speculation; $11 Ninjago sets are usually gimmicks, so we are probably getting more than one, and there are gaps in the numbers
There is a gap, but not where I initially thought; 71815 is Kai's Source Dragon Duel, and 71819 is the Dragon Stone Temple - The actual missing number is 71814.

There should have been also added that 71808 has a wolf mech side build. With that also the s1 wave had so many villain builds, while this one has only 2. Thats really dissapointing, but maybe there is actually at least one more villain side build in the sets, like at least a jet pack would have been something. Also it was said that the cole mech had 2 cole minifigures. That was one part of the leaks that I didn't think was going to happen, so it won't surprise me if theres actually just 1 cole figure. With Cinder being said to be a heroine, the first descriptions said that Jordana was also a heroine. So it's not confirmed on what side would they be.

Overall the sets that I'm looking the most forward to are Eagalt the master dragon, Jay's battle mech and Arin's Buggy(I never care about the ppp, I only care if what's included looks fine for the price) .

Season 1 had barely any villain content; two hover chariots (for Ras and Rapton), Beatrix's mech, a Photac, and two little hoverboards in Zane's car. We did not get any accurate standard hover chariots, the larger Rapton and Beatrix variant hover chariots, or any structures for Imperium. Season 2 is looking better, since we are at least getting better villain distribution (S1 only had a few Claw Hunters and Guards, and most were the non-canon black versions), as well as the Shadow Dojo (which is almost certainly a villain structure).

I think that was just speculation from back when Jordana was credited as "Jordan", since her inclusion in S2 as a major character did not make sense at the time.

sorry for the confusion i saw this on a "tannerfishies" video a while back stating it could reveal in March/June

If it drops in June, we could see a reveal earlier; also, tanner was probably speculating, as he does that a lot

I’m sure I’m in a minority but I prefer the youn dragon Riyu to be molded instead of being built out of bricks.

Ah well….

The more updates we get, the more excited I become!

Thanks @Classic_Spaceman for postin the updates!

Where are the rumors about a Cole Titan mech and Ultra Sonic Raider coming from? Did they list potential names for the other sets?

I like the idea of every ninja eventually getting a Titan mech. If the rumor is true, then that means we’re only missing Kai and Nya (and the new characters) and that’s if you don’t count last year’s Samurai X mech for Nya. I hope they keep the white color scheme for Cole’s mech, but I could easily see them sticking with darker colors.

I’m much less excited by a new Ultra Sonic/Stealth Raider. We’ve already had 3 of those and they’ve all left something to be desired. I think the DotD one might be my favorite, although it’s been awhile since I’ve built it.

Some personal speculation, but I am spoiler tagging because I think it is extremely likely.

I think that Jordana will give herself Elemental Powers in S2.
Her entire character is based around her rivalry with Sora, who now very publicly has displayed her own powers; Jordana likely feels shown-up yet again (as she did when Sora developed the Photac prototype), so it makes sense for her to do something to prove her superiority. Jordana has also been shown as reckless in her pursuit of proving herself (when she drains the Source Dragon’s power), and she held onto some of the energy following Imperium’s defeat for a reason.
Finally, this would fit with the overall symbiosis-vs-exploitation theme of the series (Imperium forcibly takes dragons’ power, while the Ninja coexist with dragons (mirroring their respective relationships to the broader population); Sora and Riyu have a symbiotic relationship for most of the first season, etc), as well as the new lore of Source Dragons being the source of Elemental Powers. Jordana being a direct foil for Sora in S2 would also follow Beatrix’s turn as a foil for the Ninja in S1 (forcing her people to adore her, as opposed to the Ninja who are naturally beloved for their heroic actions).

This….. you don’t happen to have a Time Machine do you? I’ve heard so many theories for next season but this is like a clear cut “this is what’s happening”.
I’m gonna be incredibly surprised if this doesn’t happen.

I do not, and I do not have any leaked plot info either - It just seems like the natural direction for the plot to go (which we know the writers have thought about, as Dragons Rising was conceived as a multi-season storyline).
