I just found on brickmerge that the new dreamzzz polybag, is set:

- 30660: Zoey's Dream Jet Pack Booster / 37 pcs 

Personally that is really great, since the cheapest set that she comes in is $50. But I do wonder if she and the other main characters get new minifigures for the summer wave.

I’m really glad that it’s easy and cheap to get Zoey too. I’m pretty sure it’s likely that she and other minifigures wou get updates just like Mr. Oz and Albert’s gold uniforms. 

Personally, I hope to see heroes in their nomral clothes just like Cooper. But it might not be likely. I will be happy to be proved wrong tho!

Personally, I woul like ot see evil versions of dream heroes, such as Z-Blob, Bunchu, Zain, etc, if they are under Nightmare King or Never Witch’s corruption.

We now have most of the set names for the summer wave revealed, They come from the same website that leaked the descriptions for the summer ninjago wave, so they are most likely real.

Sounds pretty good! A dinosaur robot for Cooper sounds particularly promising. Two Lego store exclusives sounds unusual... Maybe it's a compromise like the final wave of Ultra Agents, which had reduced availability (though hopefully without that reduction taking the form of regional exclusivity this time).

Nexo did have some limited exclusive sets during it's time as well, like I remember:

Year 1 : (70324-70327)

• Merlok's Library (Wave 1)
• Infernox Captures the Queen (Wave 1)
• The Black Knight Mech (Wave 2)
• King's Mech (Wave 1)

Year 2 : (70358-70361) (70360 was never made)

• Aaron Stone Grinder (Wave 3)
• Lance vs Lightning (Wave 3)
• Macy's Drop Bot Dragon (Wave 4)

Year 3 : (72001)

• Lance's Hover Jouster (Wave 5)

 

And Dreamzzz also already has an exclusive with the Dream Village (which connects to the big Tree, kind of similar to how Merlok's Library could connect to the non-exclusive Fortrex)

This is true. Back in the day many of those sorts of exclusives would be exclusive to both Lego stores and particular retailers (Toys R Us, Target, Walmart, etc.), but with the first of those out of the picture and direct sales making up a bigger part of Lego's offerings, I suppose two exclusive sets isn't all that many.

“Z-Blob The Knight”? With a piece count like that, could we expect a Titan Mech style robo scale version of Z-blob? That sounds exciting. I’m also stoked for the C-Rex. Car-Rex, maybe? I’m hoping for a Truckosaurus vibe. Also quite curious about the ‘Northern Crow’ - sounds sort of like it might be a bad guys base build, finally, maybe hopefully? Or else some kind of giant nightmare monster, which would also be awesome. 
Intrigued by the fact that the Never-Witch seems to be replacing the Nightmare King as the main villain, and hopefully will be in more sets. Kind of surprised in all honesty, she didn’t really seem like main villain material, but neither did the Spider Queen at first I guess. Bit disappointed that NK was only in two sets after all that . .

I do have to say that  the new wave sounds great.

the sets that I'm the most interested in are Cooper's dinosaur robot and Mateo and Z-blob the Knight. I don't really know if I'd buy the The Z-blob set, since it is really expensive. But spending $85 on the C-rex feels fine, and it also sounds like a fun design. I expect it to be a race car in the basic form, to which you ad up t-rex body parts, just like the croc car.

The other stuff from the wave sounds fine, but I'd need to see the images or at least descriptions to really be interested in them.

I mean I also thought of the fact that that would be a bit repetitive. But Cooper's main theme are cars, so there would need to be something car themed. Because all of the characters have a theme to their sets: Mr Oz -space, Izzie - plush animals, Zoey - cats(I don't even know why), Mateo - Z-blob. Maybe it could work if you would ad some wheels on the feet, but still starting with a T-rex doesn't really fit, since that would feel like a Logan thing since he is monster/creature themed(he even was the one that gave Cooper's car the croc or monster parts) 

But at the end of the day only time will tell how that would be, and I personally wouldn't mind either option.

From Brick Clicker we now know that set - 71780 – $35 342 pcs will be called Panda Mech takedown, and set 71486 - 1742 pcs will cost $200 and it will be a D2C set.

And also the main characters will get new outfits, but I expected that to be the case.

The main characters would also get evil versions of themselves created by The Never Witch:

Z-blob - DoomBlob -   71485 Mateo and Z-blob the kinght

Mateo - Madteo     -     71478  Never Witch's midnight raven

Izzy - Dizzy          -   71481 Izzie's dream animals

Logan - Dogan     -  71483  Neverwitch's nightmare creatures

Cooper - Dooper  -   71484 Cooper's dinosaur robot C-Rex

I also added my predictions on in which sets they will be included.

Now that kinda made me more interested in getting the sets, I expect that also was the marketing strategy for the sets.

Y'know, with a big store exclusive a part of me wonders if it might feature any of the main kids in their regular clothes (possibly with some sort of transformation feature). That sort of thing might not fit in the regular sets that well, but from my experience that sort of more niche thing is more likely to appear in something like a store exclusive (for example, the plainclothes ninja in some of the Ninjago City sets).

There’s pictures of the Neverwitch’s Midnight Raven set - there’s a few new characters by the looks of it as well as a new specialised piece for the crow which is dual-molded black and purple

A fair number of new molds—definitely feels like this is far from the last we’ll see of this theme.

I really like the raven and the way the shack can detach and form a Baba Yaga-style cabin on bird legs. But the other sets definitely aren’t shabby either!

That was unexpected to have some of the set images now.

The evil versions of the heroes look great, especially Izzie. The new designs for the regular heroes look quite interesting from what I can see. Cooper has this weird robotic design, which is odd. I'm not really the biggest fan of the yellow on Logan, and I still would have liked to have just a regular version of him. But I would need closer images of them to have my full judegment. 

The neverwitch's midnight raven - this is easly my favorite set. It looks like a scrapped chima raven tribe build, and I do love that. That recolored  nrg Nya tail piece on neverwitch is a nice inclusion, and I do also like that wheelchair piece in gold. It's nice to seethe Crystal pieces from Ninjago being used again. At only $100 this set might be a must buy for me.

Cooper's dinosaur robot - From the names I had high hopes for this set, but from the images I'm not a fan of it. It just looks like a mess of parts and colors. I did like the scrap aesthetic of the Salvage mech and Dieselnaut from ninjago, but they had at least a solid color scheme. Maybe I'd like it more later, like I did with Zian, but I don't really know about that.

Mateo and Z-blob the knight -  The Ninjago titan mechs only had some anime mecha inspirations, and they felt mostly like their own thing. But this is just straight out of some mecha anime. It looks really solid and bulky, that easly explains the $130 price. While I do like it quite a lot, I don't think I'm actually going to get it, since $130 is quit a lot.
