OKay, it does sound strange me to ask you like that but I’m just curious about your favorite non-licensed villian minifigures. :)

Here is my list below:

Sam Sinister (from Adventurers)

Nightmare King (from DreamZzz)

Azure Lion (from Monkiei Kid)

Rock Monster (from Rock Raider)

Vladek (Castle), Sam Sinister and Baron von Barron (Adventueres) and the Bandits from the Western Series.

Jailbreak Joe (from Town)

I don't have very many favorite non-licensed villains as I usually make up my own. But I do have one favorite.....

THE BRICKSTER!!!!!

The Brickster was of course one of the first people on Lego Island and the Infomaniac created him as his first friend. They had a great life, but one day, Infomaniac decided that he wanted to build more minifigures, which made him jealous. So he began to steal bricks to create his own island, known as Ogel Island. When he returned to steal more bricks, he was caught and arrested for stealing. The rest is history. But here's the thing. Its what we DON'T know about that guy that makes him soooooo mysterious! Like what REALLY happened between him and the Infomaniac? Did the infomaniac do something to hurt him? Did Infomaniac betray the Brickster in some way? Like I find it hard to believe that he destroyed an entire island because of petty jealousy. Brickster had to have been screwed over in some other way in order to go that far. So that's why Brickster is my favorite non-licensed villain. An authentic Brickster minifig was released in the Island Xtreme Stunts theme in 2002.

1. Brickster from LEGO Island

2. Lord Sam Sinister from Adventurers

3. Lord Ogel from Alpha Team

4. Lord Garmadon from Ninjago

5. Lord Vampyre from Monster Fighters

6. Vladek from Knights Kingdom II

7. Lord Business from The LEGO Movie (I don't think this is licensed, is it?)

If we can count figs that weren't physically made or constraction figures then add these guys:

8. Baron Typhonus from the LEGO Universe video game

9. Makuta Terridax

10. Makuta Icarax

Possibly the worst of all is this one, she hides in plain sight by pretending to be lovable but is really after extracting your teeth.

The Night Hunter from the same theme also has a very cool design!

Businesss is not my best language but I feel like Lord Business is more like a non-licensed character to me rather than a licensed one right from movie jsut like Brickster from the video game. So I gues he is counted as non-licensed then

Agreed! I love Night Hunter’s hat and scarf, such wicked, even tho I don’t have him in my hand yet!

I am bad at picking favorites, especially since so many of the non-licensed themes I tend to collect have such great villain figures! Agents, Nexo Knights, and Ninjago in particular stand out to me as themes where major villain characters tend to look amazing and even more minor villain characters often have fantastic designs.

Power miners rock monsters, Ninjago Skull sorcerer, the green dragon knighted and Thier wizard (though I always had them to heroes),  Nexo knights lava monsters, Atlantis fish people monsters, lord and lady vampyre, castle orcs, castle witch.
