I'm not as up to date with who's who but Brick Tap reported on both sets. "Kramer" was the night trooper pack- it looks like he's been the source for a lot of 2025 stuff - and Childish Landino is listed for Plo Koon's starfighter.

I’ve always been sceptical about Plos starfighter just because I’m not sure when Yodas and Obi Wans Jedi fighters are retiring but we currently have 3 Jedi star fighters on the shelf. Ashoka’s is coming January so that would be 4 in 2-3 years and having 3 republic ships on the shelf at the same time seems a bit overkill. 

Jedi fighters are iconic but Jedi can appear in other sets, the separatist AAT a few years ago is a good example of getting a Jedi in another kind of set. Ngl we need more separatist sets how many years since we had a vulture droid? 4 years since the AAT set, god only knows how long since the MTT. How many years since a set had a separatist figure that wasn’t a B1, B2 or droideka. Is Lego scared they won’t sell well? Put a random clone with them and they’ll sell

Why? I like Jek too, but dear God there's too many canon/legends characters (aka real Star Wars characters) still needed for us to waste slots on Lego's OCs.

Let's get a new Zam Wesell before we get another Jek-14.

Two are red, one's a specialized variant of an Eta-2, one's a red Eta-2, and this one is blue! I don't mind getting the JSFs as they are (usually) cheap models and they have decent collectability (new hat syndrome). I do agree that we're overdo for the Separatist Fighters, and new/reissued droid models, though.

Besides, we have multiple TIE variants on shelves at or around the same time, this is the Prequel version of that.

I was under the impression those two sets had been discredited as false rumors

Pretty sure these rumours are legit; you are correct to say they were discredited originally.

I just thought it was an interesting comparison since it was the first ever Jedi interceptor set, and it's a much better value for the same vehicle plus a vulture droid (even if they're outdated).

I haven't gotten around to S1 but I'm surprised they aren't there.

I wouldn't mind them showing up in an Advent Calendar or Holiday set.

They like to keep jedi starfighters more or less constantly on shelves. Obi's is due for retirement and given that Yoda's is in that walmart super discount pack I wouldn't be surprised if it was too.

It’s remarkable how few CIS-focused sets we’ve received since the renewed interest in the Clone Wars era after 2020. The AAT has literally been it.

I’d love to see a Vulture Droid at the very least (as long as it isn’t £40+), especially with modern building techniques. From a GAR standpoint, this has been a fantastic decade with AT-TEs, LAAT/i’s, AT-RTs, BARC Speeders, Swamp Speeders, turrets / cannons etc. The Separatist side is vastly outmatched in comparison. As nice as it is to get plenty of Jedi Starfighters, not having enemy ships for them to dogfight against is a shame.

As unlikely as it is, I really hope we begin to see rumblings of what’s due next summer soon. Hopefully there’s enough to get excited about.

I assume it's because Lego thinks clones and Jedi are more popular (and they're probably right), but yeah it's getting a little ridiculous. With how much Lego seems to like Jedi starfighters and sets with two opposing ships, I'm a bit surprised we haven't seen a modern Jedi starfighter vs vulture droid yet. If it weren't for the fact that Ashoka's is $45, I'd have said that feels like the kind of set that could go for about $50, but even if they want to bulk up the vulture droid it could still probably work for $60.

Also look how simplistic the builds were in that 2005 set. It’s so much better now. Prices are certainly over the top, but I’m very happy with how far the designs have come, builds and minifigs

They’ve gotten worse in many respects too imo. No landing gear. Cockpit opens lifting the front windscreen, inaccurate. Accommodating spring loaded shooters muddles the design in the rear. Wings way too thick.

We are getting another Andor set in the Summer! What a day to be alive. 

Also, we'll be getting a buildable Ewok for $90 in the Summer.

Ok, I have good news and 2 bits of bad news.

Boo-urns, the guy who initially leaked the Retro Record Player GWP and Arkham Asylum, is saying  that there is indeed a second Andor set coming.

He’s also saying a Buildable Ewok is coming.

If these things sound familiar, that’s because JediBricks said they were happening a month ago. A scary reality is that he might actually now be considered a reliable source.

Forgive the ignorance but with ARC170 is there any actual difference in the appearance of the clone pilots? Do they have different helmet designs or they just the same?

They have the same helmets, but different prints. The shot from ROTS always sticks in my mind with Captain Jag sitting behind Odd Ball. Jag has blue stripe printing, whereas Odd Ball has yellow markings. I would include a pic, but can't get it to work.😑

An Imperial vehicle seems like the most probable option for the other Andor set, which would increase the likelihood of getting Dedra as a minifig, Krennic is also pretty likely to show up in either these sets or something in 2026

U-Wing is a 70€ set releasing on May 1st, based on the second season of Andor.

In June, August or September we will be getting another Andor set—although there's no information on the price and what season it's based on.

I hope this means LEGO has noticed the demand for more Andor.

If I was to guess, I'd say it's either Luthen's Fondor or a TIE Avenger. Those make the most sense I think.

Really hope the second Andor set of 2025 is the Fondor, but I guess we've just got to wait and see. Whatever it ends up being though, I'm really glad we're getting more than one this time. I'm hoping all the characters from the first set are available in some form between these two so I don't have to get that one on the second market (though I wouldn't really care about missing Syril anyway since I don't think the minifigure is particularly good).

Really Hope the second Andor set is stormtrooper battlepack. And no, 40755 dropship vs scout speeder is not good way for getting stormtroopers (3 stormtroopers for 40$) I dont want to have army od pink droids and rebel fleet troopers

I hope it's not a stormtrooper battlepack! We got some regular stormies in various sets lately and everything else is better than a stormtrooper BP at this point, sorry.

I'll be disappointed if the mystery Andor set is a Battle Pack. 

We're already getting just scraps with only three sets for the whole series, but I can't imagine one of them being a small set full of generic, unnamed army builders.
