Overall, sounds like a bit of an underwhelming wave but props to the LSW team for trying something new.

UNDERWHELMING!!!! HOW!! I’m a 24 year old man running around excited like a toddler. I’m also hella boring and miserable most the time, too.

$70??? For the SITH INFILTRATOR?

It’s going to be trash, unless it’s midi scaled there’s no hope for it to look good at such a low price point

Disappointed he’s yellow skinned, to be honest. Makes sense, though. For the culture.

Has to be scaled down. The last one was so detailed they were never going to re-release that.

Not going to lie, it’s a crime Theed Padme isn’t been released for the 25 anniversary of TPM!

A $200 Death Star playset? Again, at such a low price point, how good could this be? Lego totally flipped which sets should be more or less expensive.

Ngl Star Wars has just got really interesting. What a way to celebrate 25 years, with absolute iconic sets. Iconic in a completely different way I would have ever imagined.

You have to be applaud the audacity.

Yeah

I mean, 75096 was $90 retail at 662 pieces (and only had Ani, Watto, Maul, and Qui-Gon). This one sounds like it will be a bargain.

The only thing missing is Rebel Friend... Hopefully he shows up somewhere, even if unnamed in the Tantive IV set.

I could also maybe ask for a Jedi Temple or the Arena... But we're getting plenty.

Venomized Millennium Falcon? Jedi Bob Starfighter? Gimmicky wing swapping x-wing and tie? Nah, pass. I am looking forward to the Death Star, Peridea, Sith Infiltrator (if it’s not ridiculously undersized), and Sarlacc sets though

I reckon you’ll be tempted when official pictures release. Even if it’s a pass, you’ve got to appreciate that they’ve balanced memes, iconic characters, and fiction pretty well!

Us Lego Star Wars nutcases need to lighten up, and this is something I can smile and recognise when it’s really in the spirit of Lego as a toy.

This is BY FAR the most out-there wave of sets ever cooked up, and I‘m all for it! THIS is how you make an anniversary memorable :laugh_hard:

My only complaint (besides the X-Wing/TIE set) is the lack of Acolyte sets. Maybe next year?

Pretty sure there’s set numbers still unaccounted for. Could be a September release, could be non-existent. Wouldn’t right it off just yet

You madman! Guess it must be Bob then!

Seriously, though, are we sure this isn't some huge prank? FalconFan wasn't hacked or something?! I mean, this feels far too wish-listy, but it's all coming from trusted sources...

I know what you mean, but on the other hand I have to laugh at another Tie, X-Wing, Falcon, etc described as "something new".

So, you’re telling me that this year we’re getting the Young Jedi Adventures ship, Phase 3 clone battle pack, Mandalorian S3 battle pack, Grogu/Beq escape, Mando S3 bunker, Tantive IV Hallway, Battle on Peridia, Jedi Bob’s starfighter, Sith Infiltrator, Escape from the Sarlacc, Skeleton Crew ship, Dark Millennium Falcon, X-wing and TIE Fighter dual-pack, Death Star playset, buildable Droideka, buildable R2-D2, buildable C-3PO, Podrace diorama, Midi-scale Millennium Falcon, midi-scale Tantive IV, midi-scale Invisible Hand, Luke mech, Rex microfighter, Cody Brickheadz, TPM Brickheadz pack, advent calendar, UCS TIE Interceptor, highly likely UCS Sail Barge, and now still a few more?

Correct me if I’ve missed any, but this is insane! And some of those will have special anniversary minifigures, to boot! Honestly, this is one of the best years of LEGO Star Wars. My wallet is already crying.

Forgot the advent calendar.

Interesting to say the least, think I'll need to see pics before I settle on it one way or another...

Not too sure about the MF, feels like they should've rolled with the deleted scenes ROTJ characters on it.

Ohhhh! :excited:

I don’t know what I expected this summer, but certainly not this  Whoever had these ideas deserves a raise! I‘ve never before had this much fun just looking at a set list :laugh_hard: Well played.
