Kicking off this hopefully growing big topic, last event I went to (10days ago, at Eeklo Belgium) I had taken my GBC warehouse logistics system and pin sorter V3 with the material handlers.

First photo's during building up on Friday afternoon

Some other Technic at this event (I did not take pictures from all, there were other cool cars/trucks etc)

Milan forgot to mention the very main rule: Technic event must be highlighted here!

Oh, Lego World 2023 in Utrecht took place. It's sad it was not mentioned here(

yesterday(23/10/29) in korea, techinc expert team did 40m limitless drag race.

There is no rule except 2.

One. Every entry must looks like 'Car'. So can't use vehicle like in every lego speed record.

Two. Can't use other non-lego part except Buwizz, Buwizz motor and RC tire.

Other thing is limitless. Even we can use grease.

Originally planned 50m race but most of car crash or break down due to road condition, length reduce 10m.

This model is mine. So I will upload another post about this model. Originally I put both front and rear wing but removed due to some problem.

KakaoTalk_20231029_163541234_04.jpg

#4 Driver - 05:21:00 / Abstain / Abstain

Spec - 2 C+ hub , 4 C+ XL motor , 1 C+ L motor

Between 5 expert builder, he is only beginner builder. He don't have Buwizz or Buwizz motor, so use normal C+ elements.

KakaoTalk_20231029_163541234_05.jpg

#5 Driver / 3rd winner - 9:38 / 15:07 / 10:15

Spec - 1 Buwizz 2.0, 1 Buwizz motor(Fast output, 14-22 deceleration), 1 PF M motor with hocky spring

#6 Driver - DNF/ 20:62 / DNF

Spec - 1 Buwizz 3.0 , 2 Buwizz motor(Fast output, direct drive) ,  1 C+ L motor

Cause bluetooth issue and some other issue, #2 and #6 car can't go straight. That's why those 2 car's time is longer than 20s. Every DNF is caused by same reason.

Those heart sticker on cars is vote of design by audience.

Overall competation review will explain in my car's saperate topic.

I missed reading and watching the video from the first race!  Looks like a lot of fun.  I also like how you really broke down the scores and analyzed the results.  Love these types of gatherings and events.  Here in the states (US) there is not a lot of this type of stuff going on.

@HorcikDesigns Thank you for sharing. The cars look fantastic!

@nerdsforprez You could start a topic and ask around to see if there are any interested people in your area.
And for the long term: We may find someone who can program a Brick-Tinder for us. :laugh_hard:

Seems like yet another nice event! I love these small builds, they are so cute, varied and yet realistic :)

That does look like a lot of fun! I really am starting to like builds at that scale--those small wheel covers are kind of a game changer in allowing good looks at that scale!

Hi everyone
Last weekend the Bricking Bavaria 2023 took place in Germany. I was also there with my models at the Technic action area. I was a great exhibition and I met many other lego enthusiasts. We let drive our models and brought them to their limits. On youtube you find a short recab about what happened at the Technic action are:

MBTrac tandem is my favorite. There are couple of front end loaders that look very good

Thanks for postig video

It's so great to see all those amazing looking and functional models together. These machines look so much better in the bigger context, be it other machines, warehouses, etc, looks so realistic as they work together :) Must be fun to see all that in real life!

It was a pleasure see them all in real-life. Just wish I had more time to really look at all the details, they are just so many!

Next year ;) It was nice having you there.

  • 1 month later...

I bought the tickets for Buwizz Camp 2024 a month ago. I hope to see there as many people as possible and possibly fellow members from here. Competition is always good (plus, the challenges are quite interesting and will definitely produce a nice video).

  • 7 months later...

This October (5th to be precise) we will be organizing our annual RTXP (RoLUG Technic Xperience), in Bucharest, Romania. The challenges will be mini racers, mini triak truck (pick-up style), tatra 8x8, and pullback cars.

HERE are the rules translated to English, if you want to have a look.
