New star wars minifigs

Hi, I noticed that many of UCS sets' minifigures usually come out in a way cheaper sets or magazines.

How do you assess the chances of launching a new Yularen minifig from UCS Venator in a small set/magazine? 

I already heard that the new Captain Rex minifig will be launched in the microfighter set next year so I'm not planning to buy one.

i think if they release one in smaller set then they wont release other one. Just wait and buy them seperate when they get cheaper.
