[N10-DS] upgraded Waveskimmer hangar

Under Rax's orders, the waveskimmer hangar was redesigned. With technicians' assistance, Chief Engineer Yuto added racks to store the speeders and landing lights.

The little red boat is an Imperial DLY-13 dolphin droid for water area inspection.

The Galactic Empire's technicians also upgraded the waveskimmers, improving the cooling system with the addition of larger radiators and installing better cannons. They also enhanced the pilots' vision, replacing the old viewports with more appropriate ones.

P. S. : please forgive the lots of studs! I couldn't avoid them, so I decided to add lots of details instead.

Thanks!  The dolphin droid was a last moment addition, as I wanted something to float on the surface
