Good. Some people were saying Shanghai Chase was $40, which didn't sound right.

According to Target, the Shanghai Chase is $30 USD and the Flying Wing is $50.

Grrrrrrr..... I just knew TRU was screwing me out of ten bucks.

There is a new Indiana Jones magnetset in the S@H. It comes with Indy, Marion, Henry, torch, map, gun, whip and three tan 2x4 magnet-bricks. Sadly it costs 15$.

UK prices - Shanghai Chase £25 and Flying Wing £40 as seen today in the Lego shop Brighton.

Both new sets are at Toys R Us in the U.S.! Shanghai Chase is $40 and Flying Wing is $50.

In the regular german Lego catalogue for the first half of 2009, there are no new indy sets in. Only the river chase and the temple of the cristal skull.

They have the two Indy sets, PowerMiners,City, and the Star wars set with CW Mace Windu @ my local Taret!

Where is this Target? I was there yesterday and mangaged to get the smallest Power Miners ($6) set, but that was all they had 2009 wise.

Anyways I was snooping in my parents closet.... don't ask why and I saw the lego Flying Wing in one of the bags!!!!! Also I saw a few Indy Titanium vehicles which I had been wanting plus deluxe size German motorcyclist (part of the 3.75 in Hasbro Line). Did I mention also Peril in Peru and Temple of the Crystal Skull? So !

I think the Flying Wing is from my little bro since I told him there were 2 new 09 sets and I really wanted Shanghai Chase. Yeah he has twisted humor. Not to get to off topic but I loved your review of the Stone Chopper!

Shanghai Chase is officially there for 40 euros. (oh well, 39,99).

Are they nuts? 40 euros for two little cars and a few minifigs?

I'll just get that lady figure from Bricklink and forget about the rest. I know it's a license set (but I haven't seen those movies so little do I care) but 40 euros for 250 pieces is just way, way out of line.

I'm afraid it is the George Lucas license which make it so expensive. And the Blokker/ Bart Smit/Intertoys group will ask 3 euro extra on it. I hoped for just 35 euro.

Thanks; I've got them! The wing is a bit better than I thought, but not enough to justify the price. Shanghai Chase is a bit more compelling though for the mini-figs...

The wing has a nice rear gunning cockpit. That is what makes it the better set.

Second part sets from trade catalog 2009 (by me) :

7195 - Ambush In Cairo. Moment for first film, with swordsman. Indy in prelim. with Satipo's torso. Swordsman's prototype - east sword, medic head from Spider-Man, Luke's torso and red legs. And market-man with dark-orange carrot (bludgeon?), in prelim. he differs from swordsman only Obi-Wan's torso. There is a stall with east meal.

7198 - Fighter Plane Attack. Two planes - Jones beeplane and nazi'es plane. Looks really. Same figures, as in 7620 - Henry Jones Sr., Indy and pilot.

Thanks for the info, ForceMaster, the sets sound very promising! It sounds as if Indy will be getting a jacketless torso with the Cairo set, and I can't wait to see the return of the turban and scimitar.

I presume Ambush in Cairo is the same size as Motorcycle Chase and Jungle Duel, and Fighter Plane Attack is about the same size as Peril in Peru?

In Cairo set 79 pieces, and in Fighter Plane Attack - 486.

If I understand, in trade catalog are usual sets, no Limited Edition and other. We can wait only. :(

The Cairo set sounds cool! As for the plane battle, I'm not that interested. Just Indy, Atilla and a notzi... Meh. Like someone said, we've got the Motorcycle chase for that. Though I guess it could be a good set if you like planes. :)

It would make sense for TLC to do a jacketless Indy this year. He'd fit in both the Cairo set and the Temple of Doom. That'd be the third version of Indy within a year! TLC really wants to please the fans. Very nice.

I am really looking forward to the Cairo set! I really like any set that includes Lego food, especially stalls. Hopefully we will get some new pieces out of it. I'm guessing $10.

I originally thought that the graveyard would be the $10 set of the line, but I guess I was wrong. Maybe there will be two. $10 Indy sets usually have great pieces and figures for the price. I just can't wait to see pictures! Thanks for the info! Did you by chance see any of the others?
