I was never expecting any of them to get sets for their solo entries. Our best hope is that they show up in Spider-Man 4, Doomsday and Secret Wars.

I think for Daredevil in particular, a Spider-Man 4 appearance is nearly guaranteed, it feels like the direction they're going is kinda Devil's Reign.

If Midnight Sons happens, I bet it'll be PG13, it's basically just a spooky Avengers movie in concept. Maybe a Blade figure for that?

Yes, that's what I meant  and that sounds encouraging, but we'll wait and see. It's all still hypothetical anyway

Ah. If we ever get one, some of the parts will be in light/dark grey, since LEGO only makes the joints in those colours (due to the quality of the plastic in those colours, I believe).

It's quite ironic though, considering how heavily Deadpool was featured in the original Marvel Superheroes game and now they avoid him like the plaque. Although I'm sure he'll pop up again eventually when he starts appearing in the more child friendly Marvel stuff. Plus they've given us (or rather a handfull of lucky people) Duckpool and Sheriff Deadpool after the first and second movie dropped respectively. So I'm sure he's not completely out of Lego's mind yet.

Do we have any idea what’s in the interior of the X-Mansion?  I’m really hoping for at least 1 dorm room and storms attic but from the leaked photo I’m not sure how much space there is in the upper area to fit storms attic.

Sets for Blade? The trilogy from the 90s?

There's only ever been one blade. There's only ever gonna be one blade. And he's rated R.

So far we don't know what'll be in the interior. I'd love to see Storm's attic with her garden plants but considering it's never been in the show or movies, I'm not expecting it. There doesn't seem to be enough space to fit the Danger Room, Xavier's office, the infirmary, holding cells, Beast's lab, the war room (with Cerebro), and the individual bedrooms for the characters, so if we get even half of that, we'll probably be lucky.

How many rooms could you fit in a modular of that size? Three? The Museum modular had three 'halls' on the ground floor, right?

I am thinking that the rooms will tie in with the characters that will be included.

If this is going to be the big modular/ set of the year for Marvel, I wonder if there will be a GWP?

apparently, Spider-Man is included in the civil war battle set, many of us already assumed that but it is nice to have confirmation. I was worried he was going to be released in an expansion set similar to the NWH one

Some if it might depend on how large the Danger Room is and how much space it takes up. The Danger Room is also supposed to have a viewing deck which is where Xavier watches from behind a glass window but I don't remember if that was incorporated into the show or not.

If there's no Beast though, I wonder if they'll bother with the lab. And if there's no villain minifigure, holding cells might not be likely either.

Obviously the R-rated stuff isn’t something Lego would compromise on, but you just know the Lego Superheroes team would’ve watched Deadpool and Wolverine and lamented at how good the set (or at least minifigure) potential was. I’d love to see that live action yellow suit for Wolverine in minifigure form at least at some point.

Can’t wait to see the X-Mansion properly. Initially I was apathetic but knowing we’re also getting a Sentinel etc. in there has certainly piqued my interest.

My guesses are Xavier's office (maybe behind the balcony?), the war room, Beast's lab/infirmary (likely combined), a living room, and maybe one bedroom (Jubilee's would be the best, but also unlikely as she is not included). A small Danger Room is possible, though I am not sure how that would work at this scale. I also expect a staircase or elevator to get between floors (Avengers Tower is the one exception to this trend).

For the bedroom, I can see it probably being Wolverine's. Both because he's the most popular character and also because you could reenact the Sad Wolverine meme of him laying on bed looking at Jean's picture. That's the type of easter egg I would expect since the Daily Bugle had a bunch like Peter's Pizza Time from Spider-Man 2.

Jubilee's bedroom got a lot of screentime in her centric episode for '97 so it would be nice to get that but it seems unlikely if we're really not getting her.

I'd like to see a staircase/elevator even if Lego has mostly been ignoring those in their dollhouse sets. Both the Up house and Snow White cottage lacked staircases. The Marvel modulars have been a bit better about that though between the staircase in the Sanctum and the elevators in Avengers Tower and the Daily Bugle.

He'll probably be in Avengers Doomsday and Secret Wars so we'll def get him then. It's both PG-13 so why not

I can see that; I am expecting a lot of stickered Easter eggs to appear (First Class picture, Xavier's will, namedrops, maybe the lineup board from the '97 S1 finale).

Avengers Tower does not have a working elevator - Just the doors on each floor.

Personally I’m holding out for a set to go underneath with lab, war room, danger room and maybe some cells.  

I think we’ll see 6/7 separate rooms.  Some will just be small that’s all.  Personally I’m hoping for a classroom, Xavier’s office, 1/2 dorm rooms (one named and one generic), storms attic which could fit right at the top in the middle of the set, almost as a third floor because from the prelims it looks like there is space there.   
 

I just hope we don’t get wasted space with a staircase for example.

Do you guys think that the next D2C could possibly be Asgard? I think we got most of the major buildings out of the way (Daily Bugle, Sanctum, X Mansion, Avengers Tower) The only other option that is missing to me for obvious potential buildings is the Baxter building

Yes, I meant that it featured an elevator in general, even if it's not functional and just doors. The same is true for the Daily Bugle. There are doors on every floor that represent an elevator but not an actual one.

I don't even remember if there was an elevator in the X-Mansion from the show. I think the elevator was more of a thing from the movies that took the team down to the subbasement from the public school level.

I've seen some people speculate about Fisk Tower. That would be a way to include a lot of characters who might not appear in regular sets because of a maturity rating, like Daredevil, Elektra, Bullseye, Kingpin, etc.
