i know that the new sets haven’t even been released yet but i recon i can predict the next couple of waves:

 

2025: 10 years since jurassic world and i recon we are gonna get a big wave. like i recon we are gonna get 6 sets. first: £150 final battle with a mosasaur, new indominus, trex and blue. second: £100 apatosaurus with a gyro sphere and an ankylosaurus. third : £80 raptor enclosure with all 4 raptors and the main enclosure. fourth: £40 pachycepholosaurus arena.  fifth: £20 heli with pterodanadon or dymorphadon. sixth: £50 4+ set with a trex

 

2026: 25th anniversary of jp3 but possibly jw4 release. i recon good april release and big june release. for april sets i recon 3. first: £100 spinosaurus plane attack like a modernised version of the studio set or £100 spino vs trex. second: £60 ceratosaurus encounter. third: £40 pterasaur encounter or £40 raptor lab. for the june wave it would probably be 6 sets with dinos from the new film and ofcourse the mandatory inaccurate random vehicles. 

 

anyway just my thoughts mainly cause i really want a spinosaurus but i’d like to know what everyone thinks. also praying tmrw sets leak or revealed.

I don´t think the thenth anniversary is really that much of a thing, that they would celebrate it - and the new movie is supposed to be released next year, so there is little chance for that.  25th of JPIII would seem more possible to me, though it might also depend on what other stuff is avaiable then - and it would be honestly kinda strange to celebrate the 25th of the second film one year before the 30th of the 3rd. Not that I would complain about getting sets to both of them - but I hope we don´t get only two sets for each film or so then - 5 would be good, more appreciated.

10th annivesary for Jurassic World moive AND theme sounds nice but I don’t know if it will happen next year. 

Not sure about 25h annivesary for JPIII.  Last year  we have 30th annivesary sets for Jurassic Park movie and w had ONE 25th annivesary set in 2019. In 2022, we have another buildable trex set, which it made no sense for Dominion instea of going with the 2023 summer wave. 

Regardless, I would love sets for Jurasic Park III. I mean…I want Spinosaurus!

Totally understandable! It’s kinda weird for Lego to do annivesary stuffs for Jurassic Park/World. 

Bigger Brachiosaurs is pretty too soon after we just got a cute small Brachiosaurs (I consider it as a kid, lol). Plus, it’s kinda impossible for Lego to make bigger verison of Brachiosaurus sadly. I would say YES to Parasaurlophus, Mosasaurus, Ceratosesaurs! I don’t recall seeing Megalodon in the movie franchise? But I feel that we need more rehistoric marine reptiles for sure. And we need ore pterosaurs (just two so far - Pteranodon and Quzetacoatlus).

megalodon wasn’t in any of the movies it’s just i’m a shark guy and would absolutely adore a massive shark mould. but yeah we need more aquatics than anything and more pterosaurs. but lego have been getting better on increasing the range of dinos like until 2021 there was only 1 herbivore and soon there will be 5 which is amazing. and we’ve now got 2 pterosaurs. so just need to expand on marine dinos. Tbh i think the more dinos the better. more marine, more pterosaurs, more herbivore AND OFCOURSE MORE SPINOSAURUS. I NEED MY SPINOSAURUS. but u recon eventually they will redo the brachiosaurus to be more accurate with a better articulating neck and tail and ofcourse legs. just like how they remade the dilophosaurus to be more accurate same with the galimimus.

I don’t remember there was one new dinosaur in 2021. I know there were four new dinosaur molds in 2020 - Ankylosaurus, Gallimum, Ankylo baby (Bumpy) and Triceratops baby.

in 2021, the existing dinosaur molds were just recolored.

in 2022, oh boy, a LOT of new dinosaur speices!

in 2023 - only one new dinosaur - Brachiosaurus. 

This year, Stegosaurus and Allosaurus. 

I think it tells us that Lego doesn’t need to make more new molds after Domion wave (2022).  They are trying to save budget for future dinosaur molds every year.

So, roughly 10 days to wait for reveals? I can wait that long if I keep my mind active to think about something else

i’m just preparing my other dinos for the new arrival and making some helldivers jungle scenery for helldiving and dinos lol

That would mean no reveal next week and another week to wait. I am really curious why they would reveal it that late. I mean at this point all shops will already have it delivered and it will leak anyways.

Well, still possible he is wrong and we will get a reveal next week though.

Koolkoalas, I appreciate that you are very excited/emthuastic for new JW sets reveal but there is no reason to use full caps.

anyays thanks for sharing news with us. I’m little curious why they havne’t revealed it until the idle of this month. Regardless, I’m excited to see Stegosaurus and Allosaurus.

Well we already know the details of the set so I’m curious if he mentioned anything else, or just a copy pasta of what we already know.

All we need to know now are what minifigures will be included and more details on this small raptor we'll be getting. Other than that, nothing really new

Agreed. We don’t knw if sets are actually based off Chaos Theory or just make-ups since we don’t know who will be included in those sets.

That is true, however the previous green atrociraptor that they released also had quills and i suppose was just a random figure they had some artist license with, but this Kenji pack is supposed to be based from the show, so it makes me wonder if there'll be a green atrociraptor

another update sadly brick_clicker does not have images for the sets but atleast we know the sets will be revealed in the next 2 weeks so it’s a good start 

 

now we just hope someone finds them on a site or in store by luck lol

i do have another question for everyone what do we recon the stegosaurus tail will look like?

 

as in the will it be high like the ones from the lost world or low like the jurassic world ones.

They probably will prioritize the newest design or just the easiest to make. It wouldn't surprise me if the spikes were half rubber.

It’s hard to tell - I would love to see Stegosaurus’ tail in its high position in Lego form. But since we have Ankylosaurus, I feel like Lego would give us a Stegosaurus with tail in its low position. If they do a Stegosaurs with its tail high, it wil be entirely new mold rather than re-using Ankylosaurus’ lower body part.

Confirmed in the since that we have a set description that says so and the previous Leak said it was a t-rex. My hope is for an allosaurus.
