I’ll be buying it of course. It’s a solid 7/8 out of 10 for me. I think the only way they’ll ever achieve a Beast figure is by making him a ‘big fig’

Got me so intrigued! Is there any image you're referring to for this information, or is it just a description that you are drawing upon?

Also, on Beast being a big fig, I hope they do something like they do with Mr Incredible in his videogame design. Being an actual big fig seems way too much for me - like I'd personally prefer a standard minifigure over that.

After re-reading this, I just processed that we're not getting Ariel from what you've said. Had a feeling they would be very restrictive with how many princess they include. Honestly, I'm glad we've got Belle over Ariel as Ariel was easy for me to make an updated minifigure moc for (just need to get her new hair piece). Wouldn't be able to achieve the same thing if it was the other way round.

OMG. Gepetto and Belle look perfect! Lilo's body is great, but her head and hair look strange. I shouldn't have bought FLounder and Sebastian a couple of months ago lol. Bruno and Simba are a nice surprise but I need a better view to judge them.

So much for them cheapening out and reusing a ton of figures  I told y‘all that the Ideas theme has a sizeable budget!

This even surpasses my highest expectations though!

Has an Ideas submission ever deviated this far in terms of minifigure selection? Happy to eat my hat though with all of these new figures. Bruno and Simba are probably my biggest shocks.

The only other examples I can think of are Kevin‘s mum and the neighbour in the Home Alone set, the addition of Rinzler and Quorra in the Tron Legacy set, and the replacement of Finkelstein with the Mayor in the TNBC set. All Disney sets, funnily enough

They so easily could have included Pinocchio, Elsa, and Stitch again, but went with wayyyyy more interesting options. This truly feels like a missing D100 set rather than the afterthought many expected it to be!

As happy as I am with the figs that are there, I think it suffers HEAVILY from release timeframe. Some of the figs included pair great with figs from the Disney 100 CMF, but yet there's no way to get that for the average consumer now.

Since this set brings Lilo and therefore we already have Lilo and Stitch, maybe the chances are higher now that the Lilo's house set brings Jumba and Pleakley too. Fingers crossed 🤞

And, where is the photo?! I can't seem to find it on Instagram or Reddit, and I don't see any official posts (everyone's talking about the Pharell Williams set on the regular news outlets). 

Anyways, just based on the minifig list:

• Belle: Finally, Lego! Took ya long enough! Is it the ball dress or the peasant garb, though?
• Lilo: Well, I was half-right about my idea about Stitch. It's probably a copy of what we will get in the L&S House next year, for better or worse.
• Gepetto: A good companion for Pinocchio - makes since for an "OG" character.
• Bruno: So, we're going to get a full minifig Magrigal house next fall some time to go with this - like how Gaston predated Belle, right? That's a set I'd keep on my radar.
• Minifig scale Simba: Kitten or adult? Should look nice next to Bambi and Dumbo in either case.

I wonder if Lego issued a takedown - was it marked confidential? Based on what everyone is saying, it sounds like there was enough detail that I don't think it was a fake.

Well seeing this was the case, can anyone confirm whether not Belle recieved the following:

1. New face print.

2. The minidoll Belle hair piece and, if it was possible to see, that the hair piece received printing where the band part is.

3. A big dress piece (like the Queen of Hearts)

Belle is the ball dress makes me think that they could pull something similar to what will happen with Lilo and reuse her in some upcoming Beauty and the Beast set, with the Beast and all of the other characters.

Wait a minute - is this set just a way to get us to buy single minifigs early and have more prints available for future, single-movie sets? That was already the case with the Villain Icons set for at least the Evil Queen, and it could have been two if the Sleeping Beauty set and stayed with minifigs (sounded like that was a late-stage change) and reused Malificent.

If that's the case, then maybe only the critters and Gepetto will actually be exclusive to the set, and the rest could be reused for other sets next year/beginning of 2026?

...Anyways, that's my current crackpot theory.

I don't know about 1 and 2, but she has a normal dress piece like the other princesses.

If it's a lifestyle photo, then I'd guess they'll announce the set in the next day or two - if it was just box art of a more "stock" photo, it could have been a rogue toy store posting a photo early, but they lifestyle ones are usually only from Lego directly, the big retailors, or the "press kits" for the Lego news sites. Not much longer to wait!

Yeah, that seems like way more effort than I was expecting out of a one-off contest set! Heck, that sounds like more new prints than a standard Marvel wave nowadays! That makes me thing even more that at least some of these could be reused in single-movie sets in the near future.

Lilo using Pocahontas hair is strange and Mickey is hate it or love it. Figs are fantastic.

True, but maybe if Lilo was wearing her swimming suit instead of the normal dress then it would make more sense. Hopefully in the Lilo's house set they give her another hair piece.
