It actually sounds pretty cool for a build able figure. I'm guess either 8 different versions or 8 characters.

Could be Batman (1), Nightwing (2), Batgirl (3), Blackbat (4), RedHood (5), Batman Beyond (6), Owlman (7), Thomas Wayne Flashpoint batman (8).

Almost definitely not that though.

Maybe it could be a buildable Batman figure that has swappable parts to make 8 different variants? (Not sure if specific movie/comic/show/game variants could be featured) The buildable Batman from last year had 275 pieces, while the 8 in 1 figure apparently has 325 pieces.  Unless it's a Brickheadz set.

Probably a motorcycle set; two bikes, or one and another small vehicle.

Most likely option for the Batmobile.

Batcave, maybe?

Maybe a build-a-bat figure with different cowls, logos, utility belts, etc? 🤔

I really don’t get how the Batman set list still isn’t confirmed if it’s due for April.

Also, with TandNBricks posting a Batpod on their story, the $14.99 set being a Batpod would be awesome.

It's 100% the $200ish superhero D2C that leaked.

My guess is it's a brickheadz that can be any of 8 batman variants. Maybe a set of batman and joker with 4 variants each (60s, Burton, TDK, BTAS)

Just when we thought this theme couldn’t be any more Batman focused, they go and make Batman x8 set.

Having fulfilled their mission of eliminating all other forms of DC from the lego batman theme, the lego group moves into the only remaining way of increasing batman concentration in their sets- increasing the batmans-per-capita of the set.

or the BAS Batmobile D2C.

inflation greed bud. Lego increases prices now ensuring more profits,  knowing that most retail will drop it down anywhere between 10 to 30% off.

A BTAS UCS Batmobile in the same scale as the other UCS sets would be awesome. Although if it were in the same scale, presumably longer than the Concorde model, which may be tricky! It's probably the only remaining bat vehicle I'd consider getting at UCS scale.

Man, it's depressing to see the leaked lists for dc sets anymore. "Here's a handful of batman sets for the year and maybe half of them are minifig-scale system sets with batman and the same few villains over and over with yet another version of the batmobile or batwing"

I wonder how much longer LEGO is going to even bother keeping the license considering it's been on life-support for years. I have some hope James Gunn's DCU films might breath some life back into the franchise but I wonder if even that would be enough to convince LEGO to make propper DC sets again.

Like, all I want at this point is a proper King Shark bigfig like the one from the LEGO DC Supervillains game but it's never going to happen...

76274 is definitely the Batmobile. The piece count is just right.

The pricing is ridiculous tho — 76274 has 435 pieces and costs 60€, but with 76273 for 10€ more you get 258 pieces more?

I really hope the latter is not another crappy gimmick.

I can't help but be very excited for a rumored $70 and $60 set. We haven't really gotten those price points in recent years. With the Batmobile and Batwing still being on shelves I hope we see some new material for the $40 set as well. I can't help but be a bit pessimistic as well, seeing as the company has been notorious for not exploring new concepts for sets, not exploring new characters, heck not even trying new variants of the few characters they juggle. Still, there is hope maybe they have taken in some of the feedback? Who knows.

I personally want to see a new big fig Bane. TLBM version of Bane is not quite comic accurate since it has the Nolanverse coat. So I'd like to see a figure for the comic fans like me where that ugly coat is not present lol. Poison ivy gets drawn a million different ways these days definitely wouldn't hurt to see which of those many source images the company would choose to pull from. Never got Harleys Hyenas which would be a convenient mould to bleed into City Safari sets... so while they may not use ALL of this themes unused potential, we have 3 decent sized sets coming that may make meaningful contributions.

The $60 set, with its piece count of 435, seems like it has a good chance of being a Batmobile, if a rather expensive one.  Hopefully it'd have more than two minifigures like many of the previous Batmobile sets over the past few years had.  The TLBM Batmobile was $60 and had five minifigures, though I doubt we'll be seeing that level of generosity.

The $40 set is a 4+ set with 180 pieces, so I'm not expecting much from the build.  Maybe it could contribute a unique minifigure or two.

The $70 set is what interests me the most, as it seems like it has the most potential for a strong build and minifigure selection.

Knowing LEGO, it's probably a buildable Batarang.

You'd be surprised.

It's hard being a fan of a character that reached it's LEGO-peak in 2017 and will never reach it again. TLBM was something truly incredible, and compared to what it gave us, right now we're getting barely any scraps.

If LEGO chose to expand to DC as a whole, that would be something different. The fact that we haven't gotten Superman, the most iconic superhero ever, in a set for over six years speaks for itself.

Oh yes, boo hoo for Lego Batman fans. They only have like 90% of the sets, one of the best waves, and more characters than half of them can name. They really ought to stop spoiling fans of Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, and Teen Titans and show some love to Batman for a change.

Since 2017, Batman has had:

A UCS 1989 Batmobile

A UCS 1989 Batwing

A UCS 1992 Bat cave

A UCS 2008 Tumbler

Highly detailed minifig play models of the

1989 Batmobile

1966 Batmobile

1989 Batwing

2005 Tumbler

2022 Batmobile

And the excellent Batwing, Batmobile, GCPD police car, Riddler helicopter, and GWP Batmobile in the 2019 Batman 80th anniversary wave

I'll grant that the sheer number and variety of Batman vehicles and characters peaked in 2017-18 with the TLBM sets, but Batman has hardly been getting scraps ever since!

Compared to the TLBM sets, what we’re getting now *are* scraps  When Robin or Batgirl (or any foe other than Jonkler or Harley) showing up in a set is cause for celebration, you know it’s dire :snicker:

Sure, Batman gets more than other DC superheroes (which is ofc NOTHING), but what they’re releasing now still pales in comparison to what came before…

You clearly didn't understand me.

This theme currently is LEGO Batman. Not LEGO DC – LEGO Batman. Compared to what we've gotten in the past (like TLBM sets), the sets we're getting now and repetitive and lacklustre.

What I meant by the other half of my comment is that the theme would become fresh and interesting again if they expanded to DC characters who aren't Batman and Joker.

They will never make better Batman sets than TLBM ones, so using various DC characters will solve that problem, as they won't have to be better than those sets, because they will be different enough.

Okay, but like... you listed six Batmobiles, two Batwings and a Batcave.

Those are literally the only things we're getting out of this theme. Not only did LEGO DC suddenly become LEGO Batman, but they are using only two vehicles and five characters from the vast lore of this character.

Let's revive the Lego Batman movie theme!!! It used to be my favourite Batman movie (and, probably, still is)! We still didn't get the Marcus minifigure!

Yout jest, but it's worth noting the set is labeled as 12+. Usual play sets of that price usually have a smaller age range, and most of the 12+ sets of this price that I can find on Lego.com are display sets, like the mini princess castles. I don't have high hopes for that set.

I wonder if LEGO will ever make sets based on the Arkham games. We have gotten sets for Batman ‘66, Keaton, BtAS, Nolan, Batfleck, and Battinson, and aside from a few more Nolan sets (Batpod (though we may get that this year), camo Tumbler remake, Bat remake), LEGO is running out of well-known film/TV Batman content (they could make sets for the Schumacher films, but I am not sure how popular they would be!).
Most of the Arkham games are rated T (with Knight being rated M), so that could be an issue, but there are a wide enough range of villains, Batsuits, and Bat-vehicles that LEGO could easily get a few solid waves out of the franchise.

I wouldn't rule out LEGO finding ways to incorporate stuff from the Arkham games. I mean, an Arkham Knight version of Batman did somehow manage to sneak into the 2018 wave...

I wonder if the Batman 8-in-1 set is a buildable figure where you can swap some parts to make different versions of the Batsuits. Pop on some 1x1 round tiles and you've got Val Kilmer's Bat-nipples! :pir-huzzah1:

oh god not another Batmobile! If they choose that concept I would be so disappointed. I really want to see new or rarely used material. Maybe another bank heist, jokercopter, Scarecrow plane, or something like Ace Chemicals, an Ice Cream Lab Hideout, Gotham Fairgrounds, Ivy's pink car from BTAS, etc. If we do get a Batmobile they definitely need to include more than 2 figures. I want Batgirl with dual molded legs and leg printing!! Like seriously I want a Barbara Gordon Batgirl that is complete. We haven't got Lucius Fox, Batwing, Spoiler or Cassandra Cain so we still have supporting cast to receive. We've also never got Green Ivy, or comic big fig Bane. So variants of existing figures..... but then we still have Professor Pig (unlikely I know), Hush, Black Mask, Mad Hatter, and Scarface as well!

So between variants of the Batfamily, his rogue gallery, and all new never produced supporting cast, heroes and villains, I think it's ridiculous we've only gotten a few figures in sets of the past few years. I hope we get some pleasant surprises. I really do.
