did i not explain it clearly?

the door above the gun in this picture

is not evan a door, tlc just used that peice to get the right slope. this sticker on that mentoined peice is supposed to represent the thrusters.

O RLY?

YA RLY.

Well, it opens. I don't know if there is a platform for holding things or not.

But it does open.

You can't put the visor on the phase 2 helmets. The phase one helmets have little holes in the sides.

I know that this is the logical answer, but have you actually, physically tried it? :sceptic: Cause I think/hope they might fit anyway.

The same door with thrusters was even in the old Republic Gunship. It has this hinge Plate, beacuse there ist no other way to put it on the model. Yes, you can put something in it but it´s not supposed to be another box.

In the pic that DSR posted, it loods like there are some black slopes behind that "door", as if there was something supposed to slide in or out of there. :look:

What could possibly go out of there? I looked in the instructions on lego.com and there is nothing. The only thing that could go out would be these Toclafane Probe-Droids, but they are going out of the door right behind the cockpits.

I tried it with an older viser. It doesn't fit because on the phase 2 helmets they have bumps sticking out of the helmet where the holes are in the phase one helmet.
