rapid-OOD Posted September 5, 2024 Posted September 5, 2024 Hi guys, first post, so let me shortly introduce myself: I am a brick entusiast and in addition addicted to 3d design 3d print and I am always searching for improvements ;) I recently designed a set of wheels for the 42171 to get rid of the unrealistic rear wheels. It was quite some effort to get to the final result...what do you think about it? Quote
2GodBDGlory Posted September 5, 2024 Posted September 5, 2024 I always like seeing 3D-printed parts in use! That's nice that you're still able to use the original rear tire, too, though it would probably eventually deform (Though that's not a concern for everyone) Quote

So no real stretching of the tire is needed :) I created a picture which is showing a top view real car VS LEGO and real car VS mod Quote
