Seasider Posted January 29, 2024 Posted January 29, 2024 Congrats to the winners. I was hoping the Penguin would end up in first. Happy with mid-table for myself. Really enjoyed the open brief of this one @Jim and @Milan Quote
2GodBDGlory Posted January 29, 2024 Posted January 29, 2024 Congratulations, @Burko-uk! Your model is both really creative in concept and seriously complex/functional--two things that don't seem to go together that often in Technic models! You managed to have similar function-density to a good focused, realistic model, but also the kind of creativity that would be more often found in unrefined novelty builds. Great job combining those things! Also, congrats, @Alex Ilea! When I first saw your model, my thought process was, "Dang, that's an awesome model!--(Rats, now there's more competition!)--Never mind that, just look at this thing!" I really like the execution of the multiple models, and it's very cool how you set it up to run both models off the same hub/motors! The "crouching" motion is also a great addition Thanks for hosting the contest, @Jim and @Milan! Quote
MangaNOID Posted January 29, 2024 Posted January 29, 2024 Well done worthy winners! Also, those prize amounts are very generous!! Well done for organising this and the contests…maybe a few ‘sick’ days off work next contest to make sure I get something finished next time 😁 Quote

pow Posted January 30, 2024 Posted January 30, 2024 Congratulations to the winners! And applause to all designers ...the many interesting ideas and building techniques you've sent in are amazing and pretty well done! 2 hours ago, msk6003 said: That's sad I can't join because I was to busy to finish my model. Same for me. My weekly MOCs are far too time consuming. But I'll try to finish my half tracked Motorhome. *fingers crossed Quote
