Have you actually seen the sets at a TRU in the US? These sets are supposed to be an August release here, and in the past years that's meant TRU maybe had them at the end of July. They don't appear to be on TRU's website, either.

Although on that note, their website does list the 30241 and 30240 polybags for sale at $5 each.

No, sorry, I havent seen them but I read somewhere they should come out in june in TRU.

thanks

According to Lego Shop at Home, the new summer 2013 Lego Star Wars sets hit Target, Walmart, and Lego Shops on August 1, 2013.

The thing that popped out to me once i read this was it didn't say TRU.

Any news on the Planet Series 4 sets? Are they going to come out in the US with the others on August 1st? Or are they going to delay them like with Series 3?

I keep checking Lego's site to see if they'll surprise us and put the new sets up for sale in the US early. :look:

Usually the LEGO stores have them a few days before the official release. I find this to be helpful because my birthday is on the 29th.

The wife and I went by Target and Meijer (a Target-like store in the midwest US) and they had ALL of the new sets. Woot! I almost bought some, but I am waiting to get them directly from TLG so I can get the VIP points. I did spent a few minutes looking over the boxes. I'm not a big PT guy, but the AT-TE, gunship, and Yoda/Dooku battle are all awesome looking. Heck, even the tank droid looks pretty sweet.

Learned something interesting from my local Lego Store manager today. Apparently they were told that they didn't have to worry about the hard release dates this week and could just put out the stuff like the new SW sets as they came in. Very cool. All of the new sets were out on the shelves.

Cool! what did you buy?

Has anyone seen the Planets Series 4 sets in the US? My local Lego store and TRU had all the summer Star Wars except the Planets. Given that Series 4 has been out overseas for 6 months, I'm a bit worried the US won't be getting them at all…

I wouldn't worry, I'm sure we'll get the Series 4 sets in the next few weeks. I'm looking foward to completing my collection.

They never made a specific date for ANH so I don´t think they had planned something for that and even if they did it would have to be the summer 2014 wave that would be able to be scrapped by now and replaced with Rebels sets.

How long were you away, it´s nearly a year now.

And why should we?

I hope that friend of one of you is still right about that AOTC set with blue phase oner(s) otherwise I don´t think I will ever get my ARC trooper squad.

NEED! Do you have the source for the promos?

It's from the September calender I believe.

It's good to see the Clone Trooper Lieutenant being offered another way after he was given away to kids for free during Star Wars days at Legoland. The price of this figure skyrocketed, but it will most likely go down now.

So the Clone Lieutenant will be free with a £25 purchase?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's a £50 one.

It's exclusive to the countries that lego shop ships to.
