I'm gonna check my local Toys R Us after Christmas, seeing how late shopping has flooded the town.

No. Just two Landspeeders. No other 2010 sets. But the guy I checked with did use that "What we have on the shelves is all we got" line.

Scored luke's landspeeder for 24.97 at walmart in grand rapids michigan today. I was shocked to see it on the shelf. They had some other 2010 sets as well.

Are you guys still seeing the Endor set in stores??

I am planning on buying it after Christmas but it's backordered until Feb 17th in the US and not available in the UK, should I be worried about this taking an early retirement like the Hoth set did?

No way Big Cam! This must be the best selling set lego has had for a long time! The UK demand has been huge! They just underestimated the amount that would be needed for this years christmas.

The Ebay prices were so good that i sold 3 sets myself, that i had got for a 3 for 2 deal on in September. I never intended to sell them but hey i can wait till they are on a deal again next year.

I agree, you should be fine. Both Wal-Marts close to me still have them on the shelves. The Target close by is sold out at the moment though.

Hello, I know this isn't news about new sets, but I was just looking on LEGO.com and I noticed that the price of last January's battlepacks have gone up to $10.99. I just thought this was very odd that LEGO has now bumped up the price on year-old sets. I guess they know that people who still want them will pay for it.

@Clone O'Patra: Really? Do you know if this new price mark-up happened only on S@H or even in the stores? Because i havent got the chance to get them yet, since i moved to Malaysia in late 2007.

Does anyone know when the 2010 sets will arrive in Malaysia/Singapore? Because in Malaysia, there isn't much demand but in Singapore the demand is good and the sets are a LOT cheaper than Malaysia(which is about 2x the originally converted price)

So it's : Battlepack 10.99$ = supposed to be about RM39 here, but it's RM79.90 instead.

I mean RM80 for a BP? Ridiculous, isn't it?

Ipswich, right next to Tesco. I forgot to mention earlier, there were no other 2010 sets there, not even the Landspeeder. Still, there's hope for Boxing Day that more will come.

For anyone interested, I stopped by Fred Meyer today and they had both Hoth battlepacks, the Freeco Speeder and the Tri-fighter. The battle packs were $10.99 each and the Freeco and Fighter were $24.99 apiece. They also had the new Space Police, Toy Story and Atlantis sets, but no Arc, Landspeeder or Tie Defender.

Toys R us Japan has the new 2010 in their online store, saw the BPs today at Ikebukuro for 2000Yen.

Amazon has all the new sets, some for fair prices, cause they are 30 or something% off.

Still, no sign of the Landspeeder. Must be exclusive or come out later. In the EU it belongs to the normal January line-up it seems, hence the older people buying it I assume.
