Per FBTB, Toys R Us in the US is having a bogo sale on all Lego sets today with the exception of the Pharaoh's Quest sets. Link to the ad.

Could be a great way to get some of the new sets, if you are lucky enough to have them in your local TRU.

Unfortunately, that's only worth it if there are two sets you want. But thanks, I missed that going through FBTB yesterday.

Yes, I assumed that math was implied. Hence the buy one get one half off.

I was more of referring to the fact that there isn't another set I want.

Does anyone know if the 2011 sets on S@H are available for one of the European or Asian countries?

EDIT: 10215 is now at 30% off, down to $70. Those must really not be selling well.

I'm glad to see the Starfighter's been knocked down a bit and that it's clearly been selling poorly.

It's an OK set, I'd probably get it now if the January sets were up for order at the same time.. But hopefully they'll judge the value of sets like that a bit better in the future.

I'm actually hoping it still doesn't sell well. We've seen it drop to 25% and now 30%- if it goes down to 50% like the Twilight did or even 40%, it'll get under the 10:1 ratio and be a good value.

So I just noticed that the T-6 and Bounty Hunter Gunship both have only 389 pieces and the T-6 is $15 more... and for 17 pieces less you can get the Pirate Tank for $30 less.

That seem likea huge rip-off to the Canadian buyers.

I found all the new Star Wars sets except for the exclusives and the Jedi Shuttle at a Fred Meyer today. This is the second year in a row this store has had the January releases the week before Christmas, which is pretty cool. Looks like the new sets are starting to show up.

The guy at the Lego Store here in Calgary said they MIGHT be getting the new sets in tomorrow, but he's not making any promises. They have all been ordered and he said that goes for all Lego Stores Canada wide.

My TRU said they already sold out of them.

Will they stock them before January 1, though? I suppose they might, given that the sets are already on S@H.

They'll call me tomorrow, I'm friends with the manager there now :D

They already put out and sold out of the Ninjago stuff, so Star Wars is all they havent put out yet. It better be....

True. For now. Sherway Gardens location should be open in the Spring though, so maybe that means the stock has been ordered for that location too? (totally speculating, of course)

hmm, didn't really think of that.

They're going on the shelves at 4:00pm Mountain Time today for anyone else who lives there.

Interesting. I wonder if S@H will allow them to be bought at that time.

It looks like the UCS Obi-Wan's JSF is on sale. $97.49 CAD and $74.98 USD. At first, this sale was just for UK, but now it's worldwide :classic:

I reported via FBTB that it was down to $70. Has the price gone up?

I don't know about USA sales, but this is the first time it has been marked down in Canada.

As mentioned in the Buy/Sell/Trade/Finds forum, S@H is having a huge sale, including 50% off most sets. Most of the SW is already sold out, save for the Home One and Midi-ISD at 50% off, the UCS JSF at 25% off, and the Solar Sailor at 50% off but backordered.

Once again (at least in the UK site) most of the sets that were discounted were already out of stock BEFORE they went on sale, can't say I'm impressed with that.

Did manage to get the Palpatine magnet set and mid scale Star Destroyer for half-price though, so I'm happy with that.

7868 and 7869 are both available in the CPH LEGOStore.

I'll be heading back to Copenhagen in a few days and I do plan to pick these up.

If I get them before everybody else, I'll do reviews.

Happy New Year and a Merry X-Mas.

The sets are now available on s@h, including Mace Windus JSF (at least in Europe) ;)

The members of the normal wave were up a few days ago, but the JSF is new. So much for Spring release.
