Not cool. I guess I'll have to find a way to get those sets from my in-laws in Spain.

Lego could at least make these an online exclusive in the US... even if just sold from their own site. Otherwise, cutting out a key market on the last series of a given line seems very unfortunate.

Heads up for people in the UK I've just seen the corporate alliance tank droid set for only £5 on clearance in Tesco. I don't know if this is something they do nationally but I couldn't believe it when I saw how much it had come down by!

The new LEGO store in the Wijnegem shopping center has the Ewok Village, Jedi Defender and lots of more hard to find items. The also have the Death Star and SSD. Most of the new sets of Winter/summer 2013 wave.

People in the Netherlands: almost every toystore has a 25% discount on all Lego-sets. Only til sunday i believe.

Moderator, feel free to transport this post if this is not the right place

Hey everyone,

For Belgian and dutch buyers, the new star wars line 2014 is now available at Fun, Brickshop.be and Brickshop.nl, they all have a discount.

I just went over to my locale fun store and got most of the 2014 wave.

Hello!

For my fellow dutchmen, A-Tembo in Delft and Breda (and their webshop) have a lot of the new SW LEGO.

They definitely have the three BP's, the AT-AP, the droid gunship, Grievous' wheelbike and the set with the BARC speeder.

Regards,

Mitch

For anyone in Denmark, I saw a lot of the new sets at Salling in Aarhus, and all toys are sold with a 25% discount.

Glad that the new 2014 Star Wars sets are finding their way to retail! Anyone know an estimate of when they'll show up here in the states? What day did they arrive at Toys R Us last year?

If anyone can spot any retired sets and let me know, that'd be great. I saw a whole bunch of Atlantis sets and Pharaoh's Quest sets at Barnes and Nobles, which gives me hope that some place may still have some retired Star Wars sets. During the first 3 months of the year, I managed to find at least 5 different retired Star Wars sets, I am looking for retired Clone Wars sets, in particular.

For people in the Netherlands that don't own the Lego Star Wars boardgame yet. I picked one up today at the Wibra for only 14,50 €. They probably should have it in all their shops i guess.

FBTB is reporting that the Planet Series 4 wave will not be released in the USA! I'm sure this will be a major snag in many peoples' plans to get all 12 of the buildable galaxy series.

Aw, that's messed up! I was wanting a couple of those. :(

Has anyone in the U.S found the new lego star wars sets yet? I've been going to my nearest Toys-R-Us a few times a week but still no luck.

The belief is we won't see them until Jan 31st or beginning of February.

Well that sucks, you'd think lego would learn their lesson after doing this in 2012, thanks for letting me know.

BOOM: Guess who's a citizen now?

So a general question here. When the heck are the new Star Wars sets going to be available at shop.lego.come (or widely distributed enough that they aren't $100 on amazon) in America?

What an amazing question! I would compound it with the fact that the lastest Lego magazine has come out in the US and lacks any of the new Star Wars sets. Does this mean we won't see them for a good amount of time? Heck, with the cancellation of Series 4 Planets to the US might we never see them!?

Oh the humanity!!!

Probably Mid to Late-January. Nothing to worry about :classic:

Why would Lego do THAT!?

The LEGO SW sets will find their way to America eventually. Americans tend to be impatient when it comes to getting their products and feel slighted when they're not the first to receive something. All in good time. I know for a fact I will be buying the new Battle Packs when they make their way to Amazon.com.

I'm sure they will be released here at some point. LEGO seems to be putting all of their marketing focus into The LEGO Movie right now, and little effort into anything else.
