Question: how big can a brick-build character be not to count towards the 100 piece limit. Can i have a brick-build Hutt slightly bigger then the official but have way more parts not be counted towards the limit

Hmm, that's a hard question. I would allow a brick built Hutt in this scenario and it wouldn't count towards the part count.

Somebody's else's images have appeared in my entry and I can't delete them please don't disqualify my entry as I can't remove them

You won't be disqualified. Just do what you can to make it clear which images are yours.
