RAMMtacular!

The monarchy has been overthrown in a military coup and a parliamentary government has been put in place! No longer will the public be held back by the rules of the king! No longer will the public have to apply for membership. (If you haven't gotten it by now, anyone can now build RAMM).

And to mark this splendid occasion, RAMM is having a contest!

The challenge: Build a new military vehicle for RAMM. It can be a tank, apc, truck, infantry fighting vehicle, anything including sea and aircraft!

Rules:

-All vehicles must be dark bley with light gray or black highlights and must have the Austrian Flag.

-Only one entry per person.

-Only new MOCs.

-Judges are Otto and Myself (Scotty)

Prizes!

First prize will receive a Specialized prebuilt Kojote Scout Car and something special from brickarms!

2nd and 3rd places prizes have yet to be determined and will be at a later date!

The Deadline is September 30th, 2008.

GET BUILDING.

Please ask any questions you may have in the RAMMtacular Q&A. There are probably a few rules I have forgotten to write down so feel free to ask anything.

You realize that only contests pre- OKed by staff are allowed, right?

So unless a mod has OKed this ( I doubt it :sceptic: ) it's likely to be closed extemely soon.

Unless you don't plan on hosting it on Eurobricks, then I believe it's a completely different story.

I'm not doubting you, but where does it say that? I couldn't find anything about contests on the Member Guidelines... Or is it one of those unwritten rules? A new member like myself can't possibly know those, anyway.

And being a new member, I also have to ask what in the world does "RAMM" stand for? I really don't like that people throw these random acronyms around without explaining them. :sceptic: I'm aware of the Glossary at the Website & Forums section, but it doesn't help with this one.

Read here for more details. No, it's not in the member guildlines... but it is on the first page of Website & Forums. Maybe we should add it, but we tried to make the guidelines as small and simple as possible, and only include things that could get you banned. We didn't want to have something that was impractical to read and remember.

Ah, thanks for clearing that up, good Sinner! (Pun intended.) I'm getting to know my way around here, little by little...

I have just recently (today) heard about RAMM. I think it's a very ingenious and creative idea. I will enter if I canb find the time. By the way, what year is RAMM set in (so i know what type of vehicle to build).

I never set a true year that it is set in. The only thing that RAMM doesn't have in it's vehicles are hover tech. It's mostly futurized modern military vehicles.
