I've been on a break from Lego since I was a teenager, and that used to be my main Lego forum (no offense to Eurobricks!).

Now the forum just won't load, and the main page hasn't updated since December. Did something happen?

@Darth Andrew I'm fairly confident it's sadly gone the way of the dodo. MOCpages is another example of a site that was lost a few years back. No idea why FBTB is gone exactly, but Lego sites like that are becoming rarer and rarer, and forums in general are a dying breed. Both are thanks to social media dominating everything!

Yeah it's too bad. Social media seems to ruin everything! Well at least Eurobricks appears to be doing fine!

FBTB is still around, but it's an infrequently updated blog. It's still run by its original owners from back in the day, but the forum and MOC archives are long gone. I think it was as far back as 2008 or 2009 that the owner redesigned the web site to emphasize what was then a slick new blog template, and in the process the moc archives were lost. You can still see some of them on the Web archive.

That's disappointing. Do you have a link to the MOC archive? I don't remember much about the forum except their premade user avatars, which added quite a lot of charm to the experience.
