Yperio_Bricks Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 *Your entry has earned 18 XP (S:6, T:6, A:6) doubled makes a total of 36 XP Episode 5: Droid Rebellion - Terror Broken cod-es and fragm'ented installations created chaos in their cognitive units and the droids went rogue on planet Daimla. Why were they here and what was their purpose? They found no answer. And so they were wandering across the plains and were roaming through the cities, turning against their former masters, colleagues, friends and sentient life in general. Press gangs kidnapped humans and aliens alike and forced them to work in the droid manufacturing industry or repair shops. Others had not so much luck when they met the raging robots.... With no relief in sight the citizens of Daimla could only hide and wait until the droids would eventually ran out of power. Gonk have mercy! [The personnel carrier / cargo speeder is build after the one from the Yavin IV set, with the parts i had on hand. I think i'll order some yellow and flame orange parts and build it in these colors and also add a trailer in the same style. Its a nice model.] Quote
Professor Thaum Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 Excellent, once again ! Nice base ! 1 piratey approach 1 wild west approach I applaud the ideas ! Quote
Sentinel_Brix Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 The organics seem to have a really tough time on Daimla. Where's that ion grenade, when you need it most? A very tense scene indeed I really like the ancient, ruined arc and the seemingly more modern road in contrast. The rusty soil completes a very harmonious build. Quote
Max_Lego Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 Your dioramas are always so brilliant! Lots of detail and advanced building techniques. Impressive! Man those rebellious droids are crazy. Sentient lifeforms on this planet must have been very cruel to them... I wish that Rax wouldn't have to deal with such angry droids... Hopefully Imperial droids ought to have safe encryption! Quote

MKJoshA Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 Great looking build, but that angled pillar is by far the standout. Great job! Quote
n1majneb Posted June 4, 2024 Posted June 4, 2024 Yeah, i love that pillar - really sells the aesthetics of the design. Love the pot hole in the road Quote

I like the pot hole too and while the rest of the moc has been teared down already the pot hole will be preserved for the use in the next moc Quote
